Why is Adult Swim shit?
>full frontal with Samatha Bee
Right? I saw that shit and made the exact same face.
No American Dad? The first season is rough, basically Family Guy with extra republican jokes, but after that it really hits a good stride. The TBS episodes are way more hit and miss.
Oh shit that's the old one
what was The Mighty Boosh about? I didn't like Saul of the Moleman from what I saw, weren't those related?
Aside from anime and Toonami, the only stuff I've liked on AS are ATHF, Sealab 2021, Venture Bros., Harvey Birdman, Space Ghost/Brak, Squibillies, and the few random British comedies they showed.
They've should have learned that political late night shows are dead. Wilmore failed, Noah failed, and Colbert is shitting the bed because he shoves political shit down everybody's throat.
>February 16th, 2003, The Venture Bros. first aired
>it just started season 6
...I think I get it. This way tomorrow or next week or whatever they'll act like the show was a huge success in the ratings while not mentioning they had to air it on multiple networks at once to get those ratings.
Hard to say. I guess since Baby Blues, Mission Hill and Oblongs were from other networks first, it shouldn't be the best of adult swim. I'll say ATHF/Harvey/Brak. Home Movies is my favorite of all time though
Most of them with a decent amount of shows(5+) have good mixed with bad, so it kinda evens out. 2007 is a good example of this because even though it gave us Drinky Crow, Xavier, Saul, and Superjail, it also shat out Tim and Eric.
2012 was probably the worst, which is ALSO a good example. We got Black Dynamite, which was fucking amazing, but the only other show that isn't COMPLETE horseshit from that year is the Cleveland Show, which they just got from Fox anyway.
So the higher ups must think this is gonna flop hard if you're gonna force a simulcast on 5 networks, especially when the other 4 are completely different from what is basically copy and paste Daily Show.
I don't think girls should be allowed on tv beyond showcasing new furniture or vehicles. With how money grubbing and penny pinching networks are, you think they'd stop taking risks on female comedians.
The commercials alone were fucking horrible
>OMG female soldiers have it so bad with the army healthcare system!
>completely ignoring the fact that it's also bad for men as well, not to mention the horrid clusterfuck that healthcare in general is for men
>that fucking commercial with the """"refugee""""
I was watching my dvr for a few hrs so thought I clicked a different channel. Before I noticed the logo in the corner I pressed the info button especially aftet I heard some ad for tbs which rarely advertises on the channel.
I love all those things. I found them and downloaded them and threw them in a playlist with these older shows on random. it's nice to play in the background while doing other shit
Space Ghost Coast to Coast, with your host, Space Ghost. And here's Kentucky Shark.
>Oh god it would be hilarious if female vets started getting preferential treatment while male vets continued to get the shaft.
It wouldn't surprise me if that's already happening since it's true for our public healthcare system.
ATHF (Seasons 1-3)
Space Ghost Coast to Coast
Sealab 2021 (Murphy years)
Boondocks (Seasons 1-3)
The Brak Show
Venture Bros (Seasons 1-4)
Xavier Renegade Angel
Perfect Hair Forever
These are the only AS shows worth watching.
Watch the infomercials, if you don't mind live action and dealing with something being incredibly hit-or-miss.
Here's a tier-list, based on what the wikipedia article counts as an episode.
For-Profit Online University
In Search of Miracle Man
Live Forever As You Are Now With Alan Resnick
Frank Pierre Presents: Pierre Resort & Casino
MEME (but still pretty good) TIER
Too Many Cooks
The Newbridge Tourism Board Presents: We're Newbridge We're Comin' to Get Ya!
Book of Christ
The Salad Mixxxer
Alpha Chow/Goth Fitness
RABBIT HOLE TIER
Unedited Footage of a Bear
You will get exactly as much out of it as you put in.
I was iffy about putting it on, since it was technically a separate series. The same goes for Swords, Knives, Very Sharp Objects, and Cutlery. You're right, though. They do deserve mention.
I give You're Whole a mix of God through Okay, depending on the episode, and SKVSOC goes firmly in Okay
>Venture Bros (Seasons 1-4)
Agree with this for the most part but season five had a couple standouts and if the first two episodes of the new season are any hint this one should be on par with season 4.
Five was better than the first season anyways.
