I thought the movie was subpar, the last Pixar movie I really liked was Big Hero 6.
The problem with inside out is that it doesn't really have a decent flow, there never seems to be a structure to the film. Joy and Sadness Wander around a crumbling psyche with the only purpose to get to the brain's central control It is hard to enjoy either character because one is a massive control cunt and the other is a fuck-up. You don't really care for Reilly because she is more like support character than a full fledged character, the same goes for her parents.
