It just seems like the guys doing the fight scenes for RWBY have a pretty sweet situation.

The characters can actually hit each other as hard as possible. They don't have to worry about accidentally hurting the actors involved with a blow that was thrown a bit too hard or about how shit the camera angle will be to hide the pulled shot.

Well, Blake is 17 - she's old enough to fight and die by Remnant's standards. Adam seems like he's early to mid 20s, maybe? He has what seems like a lot of experience and seniority but Blake was in the White Fang when she was itty-bitty so that doesn't mean much. Late 20s at the most, and that is a very strong at most. This is the [Bad Route End], where everything goes wrong at once.
The guy with the circuit-cheeks is Kuroha, and the girl in the light blue dress is Mary, a medusa.
Mary can reset a timeloop, but for her own reasons refuses to do so.
Kuroha is being possessed by the black snakes of the heat haze (the pocket dimension enabling the timeloop, essentially) and kills off all of Mary's friends one by one to get her to reset the loop.
There's an even darker story behind the events that caused this and other timelines, but I'll leave that out for now.
This all takes place in a pocket dimension created by another medusa, who we see restrained by some snakes like the ones possessing Kuroha.
She made the dimension and unintentionally the snakes after falling in love with a human, so that her family could live forever.
It didn't work out in the end.


>Lost Time Memory:
Here we see two timelines, featuring Shintaro, the MC and close friend of Ayano, the girl who committed suicide in Toumei Answer.

In the first timeline, Shintaro keeps thinking about Ayano, and gets annoyed with Ene, a sentient AI, eventually deleting her in a fit of rage.
Depressed from Ayano's death and in shock at the realization of what he just did to Ene, he kills himself.

In the second timeline, one day when Shintaro goes out with the rest of the characters, he sees Kuroha (not fully possessed like in Outer Science) holding a gun on himself.
He runs to try to stop Kuroha, accidentally getting shot himself.

This sends both Shintaros into the Pocket dimension, having died at the same "time".
They both see Ayano there, but the first Shintaro is unable to reach her due to his emotional instability, and his timeline is reset.
The second timeline's Shintaro isn't rejected by Ayano, and they talk for a bit before she gives him his scarf and one of the series' trademark eye powers:
The ability to remember the events of other timelines.

What do think is the worst that can happen in the last two episodes. Im talking about things that hurt the quality of the show. It can be character or story related.

A few things, the show gets a free pass is they only do one with adequate explanation, but if they do multiple or god forbid ALL of them, then the season's retroactively ruined:

>Ruby defeats Neo AND Roman
>All the White Fang are repelled from Beacon, or otherwise captured with relative ease
>The Wyvern Grimm is defeated without major losses
>Emerald turns to the good guys' side despite having the least amount of motivation in the entire villainous cast excluding Cinder

I don't think anyone of the main cast or even the side characters needs to die, but everyone getting off scott free (especially if Penny is just rebuilt next season) would remove some of the tension the last few episodes worked so hard to build.

Honestly if you should just listen to all the songs, watch the anime, and read the mangas, in that order.
They're not adaptations, but different parts of the same story.

As for Kagerou Days, this is the least cryptic of the songs/MV's.
Partially due to the creation of the medusa's pocket dimension, two children are caught in a timeloop of the same two days for a little over ten years.
No matter what, one of them always dies, though both are desperately trying to save eachother.
The real sick part is that only one of them at a time is aware that the days are repeating.
When the one aware sacrifices themself for the unaware one, they switch roles.
The loop ends on the day that the girl sacrifices herself, transferring all knowledge of ten year's worth of repeats onto the boy, who now has no way to save her.

With Lost Time Memory, Shintaro A is sent back into the timeloop, unaware that anything had happened.
Shintaro B is now able to retain his memories each time the timeline is reset, esentially kickstarting the path towards the good ending, Summertime Record.

Thinking of giving this show a try. Will I enjoy it?

The fight scenes and waifus are the strong point of the series. This is very noticeable in the first volume since it was largely just Monty's proxy to get cute girls fight with huge weapons, the animation quality and VA are choppy outside of combat.
The third volume is showing a significant improvement over the first two, if you can look past its weaknesses it's a pretty good series. Not a very long one either, so if you end up not liking it you haven't wasted that much time.
The fan art and fanfiction happen to be are consistently better than the source material, if that's your jam

I am perfectly fine with this.

I sorta wish that this power transfer could put Pyrrha out of the picture for a while, either because it went wrong/Cinder gets the power which incapacitates her, or because her getting the power would mean she'd have to quit team JNPR.

Not because I dislike Pyrrha, but because it would force JNR to step it up. Jaune sucks as a fighter (even if he got better under her tutelage), Nora is strong but utterly reckless and Ren lacks durability. Most of their flaws are swept under the rug because Pyrrha is that good, but I'd love to see them having to handle themselves without her around to save them.

It won't happen, obviously, but I can't help but think it'd be a pretty good plot to develop the secondary team more beyond Jaune and Pyrrha's relationship.

I'm just confused about the shot where Ruby seems to be hanging on to the airship using crescent rose.

If you look at the shots where she's fighting Neo, we see these markings on the top surface.

Then on the shot where Ruby's holding on to crescent rose, we see her lying down on these markings, suggesting that she's for some reason hanging on to the top surface. If we then look at the griffins flying by and the fact that behind ruby we only see sky, it seems like the airship is flying stationary.

So why's Ruby holding on to the surface? She's on top of it and it's still flying level. Is something trying to blow her off?
