I have such mixed feelings on RWBY. There is so much wrong with it and it has at times disappointed me more than any other show, The Breach was probably the most upset I have ever been with a show. There are so many problems with the writing and so many problems with the animation. With Monty at least the fights were good but now without him the plot has at least managed to start going in the right direction despite the fights now being shit. It has so many goddamn problems.

So why do I love it so much? I really enjoy it and genuinely love so many of the characters and cheesy moments. I know it's shit but I can't help myself. I can't reconcile liking it with myself.

I guess. I'm a bit mixed on Volume 2 vs Volume 3 at the moment though.

Volume 2 was mostly good (by RWBY standards) and only really massively dropped the ball in the final episode which was so bad that it completely betrayed and ruined the entire Volume.

The first 5 episodes of Volume 3 were barely watchable, but it's picked up since then and now is really exciting.
