The tension in the end confrontation was about whether Ford was possessed or not, not whether or not they were still friends, and it didn't spoil that.

Explaining the plan = you got me there. I think the thing is when it aired people expected some "just as planned" chessmaster shit, which is probably silly but as people have pointed out, if you could reasonably have done this with any character it would be with a trillion year old god with the power of foresight, rather than the human characters it's usually done with. Sucks that they didn't do something along those lines.

I like good plots/characters/ambience; the style of animation is way down my list. I don't think I've ever trashed anything for animation. Ultimately, if you have a show that focusses on characters, Flash is good, and if you want a mood heavy show, to be blown away by the effort in every frame, it isn't. When I'm watching an animated show, I want to forget that they are drawing immediately, and the best way to do that is smooth, often Flash animation.

Used to listen to this often between seasons.

Guys, I know this is 4chan, /co/, /gfg/, and I get it, it's the internet, fuck around with your word freedom and all, but you know how you actually feel, we don't.

I know a lot of people are saying the finale will be terrible, but you have to think, this is the end of the series, I know "alex is a hack" meme rules all, and spurts out into other memes too, but really, would he actually not try hard to make the finale strong? Not What He Seems was a MID-SEASON finale, and the census of /gfg/ can tell you it was critically praised from a standpoint by fans. The finale is literally the last episode, nothing to come after, and if there is, it's not planned at this is the expected last time we'll see all these characters this way.

It's 44 minutes, not too much compared to the 22 minute episodes we get and even their plot lines can feel lack luster, but if Alex can deliver NWHS tier stuff, which he can since I'm actually using that as a tier, I'm sure he can do it again.

44 minutes is double, right? Imagine the finale as a potential double-length "Not What He Seems"

In the end, there have been some bad episodes, cringe worthy scenes, and just boring moments, but that's not going to matter when it's the end. The finale is what has to answer things, which is a good reason people worry. Will it answer everything? Like Alex said to this very question, of course not, but he himself knows how to do this. Now is the territory where the wording has changed from "Alex is a Hack" to "This guy's saying Alex isn't that bad! Quick, type 'found alex'!" but I'll take it, I know it's in the humor and anger of life, it's fine, but in the end I just want everyone to go into the finale expecting decent at the least. You can kill me through your text rants if stuff goes wrong, not that I could stop you anyway.

There was supposed to be, almost all good Disney series get three seasons. Trouble is Alex and the management butted heads, he threw a hissy fit and decided to end it early, compressing all the season 3 payoff into the last half of season 2.
This is why the network has only been airing episodes sparingly, a week-on-week run would show how rushed this current storyline is.
