Just a week and a half out now
Do you even watch Venture bros?
>that Captain America expy
>his name will be Stars and Garters
Probably just general Fedora'd Detective Pulp/Cape Heroes.
Whoever did OP's pic is extremely off-model.
And extremely attracted to little boys.
The guy spent his entire life there; of course he's gonna miss it.
Hank sure as fuck won't though. Dean might, but Hank probably forgot about it on the plane ride over.
Speaking of which, where was the compound located anyway?
I was giving it some thought earlier today and since Triana was basically written out of the series they're probably going to put her "learning to be the Master's new apprentice" thing on Dean instead. Maybe.
I'M SO FUCKING HYPED FOR IT TOO I WANT IT SO BAD
Why does everyone want or think Dean will become a magician.
Plus Orpheus was The Master's student not Triana, and he's not even i this season according to JackHammer so I doubt Master will be either.
Better than something I could ever draw.
As much I want Rusty to succeed after his brother's honorable death, I feel the Venture Tower in NYC is gonna get blow up by who knows who.
Just a few questions. Is the orb in NYC? I forget what happened to it. Does that mean Rusty is the Iron Man in the Venture Universe?
I forgot what happened to it after the whole Guild leadership dispute thing Phantom Limb and the Sovereign got into, but I know it hasn't actually been functional since the 1800s. Sandow broke it before Lloyd Venture could activate it and everyone believed it still worked. I'm pretty sure the whole Orb thing is all tied up now.
I think he'll be surprisingly successful here, if mostly cause Rusty screwing up to the point of ruin would be the expected thing to do, and Venture Brothers tends to avoid the expected when possible
>Does that mean Rusty is the Iron Man in the Venture Universe?
Yes, I want this.
>sworn nemesis is now a billionaire
>wife who is now his boss is probably going to whore herself out again
>reduced to living in a broken down home
>his best friend wants to cuck him
can they fuck up his life even more this season?
Rusty's going to squander the fortune but make back just enough to live comfortably, Brock's going to go through some shit but come out on top, The Monarch is going to find out the truth behind his parents' death, Sgt Hatred's going to sacrifice himself heroically, Gary's going to become a full-fledged super-villain or go straight, and Dr Mrs The Monarch is going to become president of the United States.
Also Dean's going to lose his virginity and Hanks' going to find his true calling in the marine corp.
There is no endgame this season because its arcs aren't going to be finished within it. Publick and Hammer didn't learn their damn lesson.
>Publick: You’re going to get eight episodes. We produced this season as ten, but split off the first two a the Gargantuan special. We don’t get to finish our arc this season as there are still plenty of plates up in the air in the last episode. We ran out of episodes, but we had more to say.
>Hopefully we get to say those things eventually.
The Buddy System, Hatred rolls up to fight Dr Venture while he's spying and says it's worse than watching her with another man and they go into a bit about how it was his idea and it was just embarrassing.
Nah Hank either gets decent results or backfires on a scale that has massive consequences for everyone.
Doc, rarely gets results and his backfires are relatively small. You know one unimportant person dies or the results aren't what he wanted.
Also Rusty doesn't give a fuck, Hank gives too much of a fuck.
I'm not surprised; it looks like they're exploring a lot of new stuff this season, so it doesn't give them a good chance to tie up some things they've already set up.
These new characters look hella fun, but I'm still curious to see what they'll do with the tension among Brock's OSI crew, especially with Headshot. That's gonna need a bit of time to see how the character relationships develop.
Looks like it, though I thought there was a different girl.
I love that they end up actually coming up with ideas they eventually use in the show during the commentaries.
>Dean losing his virginity
I feel like Doc and Jackson are gonna keep him a virgin for as long as they can. Unless there's a flashfoward towards the end that shows him with kids, he'll remain pure.
I wish he would get laid tho. Would be hot
> Venture family living that F4 life
> Monarch and Gary doing security for the new Venture tower
I never knew I wanted this arc so badly.
This is a pet peeve of mine. There's way too much going on in this panel. No less than six people are talking and they all look like they're shouting.
>Orpheus shouting a magic spell
"HOC STERCORE NOSTER SENEX EST!"
>Dean and Hank shouting
"GO TEAM VENTURE!"
"GO TEAM VENTURE!"
>Billy Quizboy saying something to Rusty
"THAT ISLAND WAS WHERE EPISODE 502 HAPPENED! THE MYSTERY OF PIRHANAGATOR ISLAND! WE NEED TO SET DOWN THERE RIGHT NOW!"
>Pete White making pop culture reference
"BILLY WOULD YA SIT DOWN, YA LIKE THE TOOKI TOOKI BIRD FROM THAT OLD GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE CARTOON! I PREFER ROCKY AND BULLWINKLE MYSELF-"
>and Doc being a prick
"I HAVE THREE LITERS OF CHILDREN'S COUGH SYRUP BECAUSE IRAN IS THE WORLD CAPITOL OF HAVING A STICK UP YOUR ASS! AND YOU WILL PAY BACK EVERY TINY PLASTIC CUP-FULL YOU MAKE ME DRINK WITH YOUR SHENANIGANS!"
Yeah I used the wrong word. I look at it and in my head I just hear everyone shouting at once. That's probably the point since Brock looks like he's about to kill someone but it just bugs me is all.
I get what you're saying, like way too much is going on at once, an unrealistic amount of happening. It feels forced and like every other character is in their own isolated scene with no focus. Just a display of character traits for no reason.
He'll probably hatefuck Warriana, y'know if she's an actual chick that is, but I think him and Moltov are done. He seems disgusted to the point he doesn't even want to touch her.
I hope Amber doesn't expect him not to sleep around. I mean it'd be kind of hypocritical but she deserves a dude that isn't a piece of shit.
Also she's cuter as Amber Dishwater.
It's pretty fair to say that every episode of Venture Brothers is great, and there is no reason to skip any of them. But Im curious if anyone has bothered to make a list separating out actual plot episodes from the filler episodes.
I don't know if Venture Bros really works that way.
The show has an overarching plot but it's all pretty organic to the episodic events of their life. The finales just kind of bring all those different moments to a head.
>I don't know, the last season was kind of depressing. I'm kind of ovHOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT HOLY SHIT I HAVE TO SEE EVERY SINGLE SECOND OF THIS
So do you think he's in the Guild or is Monarch trying to converse with the regular obscenely rich?
>Turns out there's very little difference between supervillains and superwealth, except style.
Rusty somehow managed to not fuck up at two really important things in season 5. I was really expecting that ray shield to be the thing that killed JJ, but no, apparently it's just because JJ basically is a teratoma to begin with. And JJ makes some pretty good points about how Rusty has a family, some friends, and control over his own business, and those are things a lot of people don't have. So things are going suspiciously well for Rusty right now and could probably stand to take a downturn.
>What's Thatcher's name?
I'm guessing something like 'The Iron Victory' or Iron Victoria. Hopefully it's a good name that mixes well the two sources she's drawing from but who knows.
Rusty I doubt will destroy the company but is already altering it for the worse it seems. Hopefully he realizes it before he does any real damage.
maybe give the company to Pirate Captain when he gets clean and try to truly cut his own path since he obviously only does anything because it's his "legacy" not because he likes it or is even good at it.
>He's going to get more and more Violent till get gets with a woman again.
but he's literally banging best girl right now.
