I got the marvel unlimited thing that lets me read a bunch of comics.

Now I loved the Waid Daredevil and love daredevil as a superhero, him and spidey are my favorites.

Do you have any recommendations on DD stories to read or something?

It's not really a good/bad thing in terms of storytelling. Tomasi pretty clearly does not understand Clark at all and shouldn't be writing him at all period.

Waid did not get on with Harras when he was at Marvel. He wound up leaving X-Men early because he got into fights with Scott Lobdell over the direction of the franchise and Harras sided with his protege Lobdell. Then his successful run on Captain America was cut short because of Heroes Reborn, and then his second run on Cap was cut short when Harras started having his books rewritten.

Not all of these things are one-sided: Waid was a poor fit on X-Men and Lobdell's ideas probably were better; the Heroes Reborn thing had been in the works before Harras took over; but a lot of people don't like Harras, it can't all be someone else's fault.

(Though Waid's complaints about the X-Men franchise and casual readers don't make sense to me. Age of Apocalypse and some of Harras's other gimmicks were massive hits. Casual readers didn't have trouble following them, or if they did, they didn't care. It wasn't until Harras was bumped up from X-Men editor to EiC that the wheels started coming off that franchise.)
