Where 2 familiar characters return and one takes up an old mantle
Shame Lobdell is taking over at issue 7
Because this isn't the Finches, and I think this is part of an effort to fix her. I wouldn't know, because I don't hate myself enough to read more of Finch's WW after a couple issues
Oh thank god
Nice to see a classic Titans villain
And that wraps things up for this month. Hope you all enjoyed the storytime
And the Grayson faggots roll in, all just to bitch and complain as usual. Typical. I really don't mind having Nightwing in this story and this has been enjoyable, just wish Grayson fans would get over shit.
Same. I mean, I obviously love Grayson more, but I actually think this has been fantastic so far. I wish they could at least get the Nightwing design to look a little better though, I mean, where's the finger-stripes?
Maybe it's cause "he was a Robin" but even then not all that great of an excuse. Mostly because blue blends in better with shadows and almost every member of the family who has been a Robin HAS RED. It certainly differentiated him as not sticking to his Robin half of life and just becoming his own person.
So I'm guessing DC told Abnett to cut that wally teasing shit out once people started reacting to it online. He did it non stop in the first two issues and not a hint of it in the next two.
Yeah, DC probably did ask him to stop.
>yfw Wally is coming back and is the Titan mentioned in the #7 solicit, because he was trapped in like some other dimension and forgotten
>yfw his name isn't even Wally
>It's Max Mercury, even though he's very clearly Wally
>yfw Dick gave "Max" the nickname "Wall-man" because the first time they met, "Max" ran into a wall
>yfw the Titans started calling him "Wally" as a way to tease him
DC did such a great job of making Wally the most unimportant character in their line now.
>Lost his original sidekick status
>His sidekick name
>his original appearance
>his whole family
>being more powerful than Barry
>his original backstory
>even his friends
>along with his personality!
>He even lost his own Reverse Flash who will likely never be seen again
I read New 52 Flash and Barry almost seems like Flash Wally, he even has shown the dickishness of him at points in Venditti's run.
So what are her powers again? That she can determine if people can touch her or not? Fly?
the gutter at their feet?
hindsight. yeah. didnt work out like I wanted it to. its not reading like the ground at their feet. Had a bit of back and forth trying to figure out what the art was showing. and how true to reference it was.
the /google ref I used for color.
Flight. Danger sense. superhuman agility. Durable.
none of these say outright bulletproof, as suggested here. but, combined, can't stop bullets.. but can deflect them, and can tell where the trajectory of the bullet will go.
