>What if we took "Gay" out of "Gay Batman"?
Why do you keep making all these "What if X was a different sexuality?" threads?
Are you autistic?
>sees an autist making shitty threads
>"Better make a retarded thread like that too!"
Congrats on making /co/ more awful by the day.
Where do I start with this homo's comics? I starting reading the New 52 cuz I figured it would be fresh start but it's a terrible read. Nothing is really explained about the world or characters. Plus the writing in general sucks, every panel is exposition and the story seems to be not planned out more than 2 issues in advance.
Nice shitpost OP.
more or less be exactly the fucking same.
Its almost as if sexuality isn't integral to a character's development and interactions in a story.
Sexuality is only important on this board where "supposedly" straight anons just dump pics of straight characters making out with each other.
>starting with New52 Stormwatch
Jesus Christ, don't do that. Just read his current run since you don't really need to know anything before. It's a Grayson spinoff, so if you're reading that too it's better.
If you want old Wildstorm comics with him, then Authority V1 by Ellis is what you want to read. Also, the first 9 issues of his 2006 run.
He'd literally be almost exactly the same. His homosexuality is barely even a part of his character.
If Midnighter talks to men then those men are automatically gay by association, especially if those men aren't trying to beat him up.
This is why SeeKing and Orlando need to stop gaybaiting and keep Midnighter out of Grayson.
Huh? Grayson 1-6 is the arc that includes Midnighter, it's why the anon said to read it.
I'm kind of new comic books but do why do I have to read batman to understand Stormwatch? Shouldn't characters and plot points be introduced in their own comics.
So should I read the older Stormwatch? I have to admit I only started reading because homo but so far all I've gotten from the comic is that everyone has vague powers with no clear rules so plot points and their solutions can pop in and out of existence without warning and if I want to actually understand anything I need to read the entire DC line up in order to understand the why, what, and how of everything.
I just wanted to read gay characters that are not complete trash.
Nigger, do you want to read Stormwatch or do you want to read Midnighter? If you're only interested in Midnighter's character, just read the first arc of Grayson (where he appears for the first time after the awful New52 Stormwatch comic) and then read the current Midnighter run. Grayson is not necessary, but it introduces the God Garden which is pretty important in his run. It's also a good comic.
If you want Stormwatch/Authority books, read the old ones.
>being a tumblrina who can't read comics unless the staring character is exactly like them
>Implying anyone has ever hit on repressed anon, except as a joke
