All Big 2 women have always been stacked, with the exception of some of the ones introduced as teens or younger, like Jubilee or Shadowcat, and they aren't consistent. There's a serious lack of small breasted superheroes, and Carol can fill this role as well as anyone else. The real problem is that Anka forgets the D in DFC, making her breasts unappealing regardless of their size.
