I think they'll go the Steven Universe route where it's mostly the same song, but stuff that goes on changes. So maybe the dimensions Star visits will be different, and the wand will look different. Not sure how they'll handle the scene where Ludo and his monsters bum rush Star. I don't see him getting them back, and even though he swore revenge on her, he can't handle Star on his own.

If you noticed it, you can see through the fight that Kylo was hitting his wounds. At first I wondered what that was all about, until I realized he was doing so to draw dark side power from his own pain. That part alone was pretty cool as we haven't really seen something like that in the movies. It's got me hoping that we'll see Kylo get stronger by some crazy means.

He didn't lose hard though, consider what happened to him in the lead up to the fight. He kills his father, gets shot with Chewies bowgun rifle (which was shown to have a real impact), has to fight with Finn who was in prime condition (and he was clearly in enough discomfort to require the beating of his wounds to keep him focused enough to fight) and he still almost beat her. It was a sloppy mess of a fight and it was supposed to be, next film he'll likely get revenge with his additional training.

If I actually was good at drawing I would be doing fanfic inspired draws all the time.

Is kinda my main motivation in a way, the first time I drew something Star VS related was for a fanfic WF wrote, later I drew a character from one of FCs fanfics, also tried to do a little fan idea that surged in some threads of Marco as the Pegasus Saint and failed at it.

I would love to be good enough to do these justice, but I always feel kinda bad when I realize I cant and the end result is nowhere near as good as I wanted it to be.

Anyways, there is a fatal flaw in the green. The lack of symbols and a couple of words I discarded in the last minute changed the tone and the delivery of a line. Here's the fix:

I thought that Hope taking any more liberties with Marco would kinda make her a shitty friend towards Janna: the kiss alone was already kind of an act of defiance, but innocent enough that one could draw the parallel with Jackie's first kiss with that kid.
Creating drama, with a direct conflict between Janna and Hope would likely just create a little more digression, but nothing really interesting, IMO: just some banter, a confrontation, then a make up (heh) and nothing more.
If I would REALLY wanted to steer drastically on Mope, I could see this green as being the first act of the whole story — but I'm not keen on the idea of going so far.

You know, if anything, this "controversy" kinda suggests me that I succeded in portraying Hope as a sympathetic character, so much so that the readers WANT Mope to happen.
…But it's "A SMALL Taste of Hope" — an appetizer: just enough to make you wish for more, but not a complete meal.
By the end, Hope is left with the feeling of wanting more, and so the reader, I guess.

…So, forgive me if I count that as a success.
