Was this a bad movie?

It's ok for what it is, although the draft that got leaked that was aiming for the 16+ crowd was really weird to read.

Zombie Island is still GOAT though.

Because his design is more in line with Scooby Doo aesthetics.
You can put it on the poster and people will be more willing to see it as SD than one of the Demons.

it was a fun movie, the sequel too. movie Velma hotter than movie Daphne. i don't think the film makers intended this, but it happened anyway.

It's alright. Matthew Lillard and Linda Cardinelli are freakishly good as Shaggy and Velma.
