I'm cautiously optimistic about this movie, because it's the kind of movie I would wanna watch even if it wasn't an adaptation of a comicbook I read (the only reason I went to see most of the recent cape flicks from both sides of the barricade).

It gives me the same vibe of those over the top stylized action flicks from japan and china like Battle Royale, Ichi the Killer, or the entirety of John Woo's filmography.
