The spear is much more versatile, especially when it can be used as a throwing weapon or converted into a rifle or fireball staff. It also can never be lost. We've also never seen her do anything useful with a sword except in a flashback nearly 6000 years ago when apparently no one used gem weapons.

So, who do you think is going to be the Ultimate Big Bad of the series? The one that, once beaten, there's just nothing to go back to and leads to the end of the show?

Me, I think its going to be Greg's parents. After the CG's deal with the Diamond Authority, Greg's parents will show up and try to take Steven way, claiming that Steven is being raised in a hostile environment and that Greg is unfit as a parent. Greg will be drawn into a lengthy court battle, him having to sell the van and carwash in to order to pay for. The Gems will try to state their cases in Greg's defense, which will be portrayed as a series of flash backs either to existing points in the show or new content.

But it will ultimately lead to BAD END. Sugar and the Team bows and the curtain falls. Roll Credits.

That episode was alright at best, although it was THE ASIAN's second best. It made the fact that Rose is Pink Diamond far too obvious, though. After all, how else could it be that a 14 year old gem with virtually no experience can have such great power that he can defeat two 5850+ year old hardened war veterans and a deformed corrupted gem hunter by spitting out only a portion of the seeds of a single watermelon?

I tried my best to get through the written version of this analysis. Made almost to the end, but stopped here
