Kang arrives from the future with incredible tech and a militia. Kang manages to conquer the planet in just a few days. It's revealed that Kang is from an alternate universe where Thanos wins the Infinity War, Kang goes back in time with the belief that if mankind is to survive, it must be ruled under his greatness. We also see Kang have a strong disdain for Stark, who he sees as a squanderer, and an obsession with Captain America, thinking them of the same ilk.

Ok, here's a few flaws on your blog

The hulk being left at the mountains as banner and then just coming back for no reason is a bit a plot hole

You have to have thor's bath scenes because they're mandated to set up infinity war, but you can still keep them in your blog, if you replace them with Thor's near death experience

However, you will have to set that up with his return to duke it out with Ultron at the farm

You also make Vision a heel turner, so you need something extra that makes him betraying Ultron more plausible

Maybe something thor tells him that he saw in his vision

You shift the hulk's character arc to be paralel to Thor's but his character climax is resolved entirely independent and only based on a one-off sentence halfway through the second act

Also, I think you should rely on Thor sheer power less. He solves practically everything except when he's there to be worf

Natasha "comes to terms" with her publicity, but you don't explain why

Everything else is actually a pretty solid work of fanfic
