Post violence (just keep the gore to blue board levels so the thread doesn't get deleted)

Marvel Knights Ennis. Don't remember the issue off the top of my head.

I fucking hate the guy that does the color on Avatar Press.
all the comics look like fucking garbage because of him and his realistic pallet of colors.

Can't say it ever bothered me. For my money the much bigger problem with Avatar's art is the shit tier pencillers.
Who draws the best violence in comics, /co/?pic not related.

Was that a Diglet?

The light explosion on contact is always one on my favorite was to kinda censor gunshots in comics, it seems more like a stylistic choice

Is this any good at all? It seems to have ginger, skintight leather, ulrtaviolence and giant bazongas but I'd like a nice story to go along with it.

It's Warren Ellis before he went into cruise control with his "dullest writing ever plus one slick cinematic action scene per issue" formula. So it's pretty solid. Like 7/10 script wise. There's some cool shit with parallel dimensions and lots of weird sci-fi concepts. Art is really nice. Second mini never finished though, because, again, it's Warren Ellis.

Thanks. I'll check it out. Maybe storytime later on.

Covers are also REALLY FUCKING NICE. Then there's the art book that came out, which featured some great pieces. Dunno why Avatar can get all these talented artists to draw pinups and covers for them, but still have so much trouble getting any of them on interiors.
