That's my #1 as well.
Also a big fan of DKR and a shitload of Marvel G.I. JOE arcs.
More people need to read this miniseries. It's absolutely fantastic from beginning to end, and it turns what used to be a relatively boring hero into something unique, interesting, and incredibly compelling

Aw shit nigga, ragman miniseries is good

This has got to be a contender for the best superhero comic ever. I'm very pleased it looks like the DD show might adapt it.
>>78815141
damn good choice
>>78816935
Downloaded it awhile back, fucking golden.
Is any of the other Ragman stuff worth reading?
>>78818652
I haven't had the time to read the rest of the stuff I have with him in it, but I'd say at least give Cry of the Dead a shot
>>78818585
but the last issue with cap was so out of place, the conclusion was nice but cap getting half the panel time was odd

I gave my nephew my old copy, the little fucker still hasn't read it
>>78820235
how old is he?

Single issue, or arc?
>>78821319
This for the latter
It may not be the best Spider-Man story, but this is easily my favourite and the highest point of JMS' run.

Amen.
The whole Morlun arc to "The Conversation" is fantastic. It's what got me interested in Spidey.
An excellent lesson for stakes in storytelling.

Jenkins spidey also great
> 1.) Thor - God of Thunder - God Butcher / God Bomb
> 2.) Watchmen
> 3.) Silver Surfer - Requiem
> 4.) Greg Rucka's Punisher run
Honorable mentions in no particular order...
> Lex Luthor - Man of Steel
> Secret War (bendis/dell otto)
> Uncanny X-Force - The Dark Angel Saga
> Ares (2006 mini series)
> Hickman's Avengers/New Avengers/Infinity & Spencer's Avengers World
> Uncanny Avengers - Ragnorok Now
> Fear Itself (kiss my ass Cap & Thor are my top 2 favorite comic characters and this is a epic story focused on them and their mythos)

>Bendis
Ayyyy. Nice.
>>78824350
That was 04 before he got absurd with the hip pointless dialogue.

catbeast best
though I dig animated one's look best
>>78816935
I own it and love it, but someone really needed to sort out the terrible layout. It's just 3x3 panels or 1 panel a page for the whole fucking run.
>>78825142
>catbeast best
Yep
IMO — ultimate x-men story, And without shi-ar.
I'm a sucker for Morrison and the Batfam (this includes DickBatman And Robin)
This is my favorite single issue of a comic book.

Jenkins's run one of the most underrated
The entire JMS run of spider man. Inb4 one more day, editorial took it out of his hands so that they could pave the way for brand new day

The following mini after it is different but still good. And Shadowpact features him and is good.
