He's a people-pleaser and a pushover. He does things out of the expectation that it's what he is supposed to do rather than an inner motivation. He has the basic superhero morality (evil is bad, good is good) so nothing especially interesting on that front. He's also one of those people who copies what others do out of insecurity. All-New All-Different's gimmick is that a bunch of popular AU characters got stuck on 616 after Secret Wars (Multiverse is still around, don't worry). Unfortunately Marvel is bad at getting this across well, not to mention Secret Wars hasn't actually finished, so there's a lot of confusion on if we rebooted/CoIE'd or if it's still 616. Doesn't help that Tom Brevoort has been going on about this being a reboot for more sales when it's not. At least this is how I understand it
