people in /co/ always bicth how Miles is bland i think this art might help him.
Besides putting miles on the main avenger book and do nothing i dont see how they want to replace Peter
They can't, and they won't get rid of Peter. Peter is Marvel's primary hero, they will never toss him aside in the main universe. If you think they will ever get rid of him, then you must be retarded. Bendis is literally the only writer who wants Miles to be a primary anything.
>Peter still on ASM
>Peter in 3x as many books
>Peter on his 6th issue by the time Miles gets his 1st
>T-THEY'RE REPLACING P-PETER
What's it like being triggered by shit you don't know anything about?
Let's see. Miles is in:
All New, All Different Avengers
Peter is in:
Spider-Man and Deadpool
Uncanny Avengers (Well, okay, this one is in question, since he left due to Deadpool being on the team, no idea if he's coming back)
Not to mention he's slated to show up in Miles' book itself, as well as Iron Man, and has shown up several times in Spider-Man 2099, where Miguel is working for him. How the hell can any of that be seen as them trying to get rid of Peter?
Ganke got fatter
Because Bendis is a hack.
Peter's title has always been The Amazing Spider-Man even if Miles has adjectiveless Spider-Man plus Peter is in more comics than Miles.
The only time /co/ really liked Miles was when Greg Pak wrote him in Totally Awesome Hulk.
He's probably going to end up being like Sam Alexander in the whole "he's better in the hands of any other writer but his creator"
>Miles has almost straight good hair
If I cared about Miles I'd probably want this.
She occasionally loses control of faces but she's pretty good.
>mfw copying Bendis speak ended up getting me laid
>mfw it got me a gf
Apparently women take the fact that you repeat what they've said in the form of a question and lightly mocking them very well. Thank you Bendis
No one knows how or why they brought her back because Secret Wars still hasn't ended to explain what exactly the deal is with the universal refugees and whether or not they remember their old universes or if history has just been rewritten so they were always from 616.
>Uncle Aaron comes back as Rio
>Fucks his brother
We /a/ now
You mean the Adams variant cover to a throwaway one-shot? Shit man, you're right. Marvel really is replacing Peter. I wouldn't be surprised if they retcon him entirely by the end of the year. Especially with that movie of his coming out, I know how much Marvel hates making their comics like the movies.
God, I wish they just let Miles die with the rest of 1610 instead of this bullshit. Seriously.
All that story just fucking retconned and he's basically now another Spiderman on the pile for mainline Marvel who will always be overshadowed by Peter. Fuck you Bendis. Fuck the Big Two.
In fact, calling it now: Miles will save Ganke from a bad guy holding him hostage or about to off him, only for Ganke to die of a heart attack either in his arms, or while cheering from safety as Miles returns to the fight and takes care of said bad guy.
Except by definition a half black half hispanic is half white.
Stop being a fucking retard.
i love miles and peter, they are awesome together
Shy, thoughtful kid that constantly second guesses himself and is always unsure if he's doing the right thing. Somewhat quick tempered if the right buttons are pressed (usually anything to do with his family).
Almost always in a state of 'pls don't bully' which is funny when played off other characters.
I'd bet $100 that the first arc is 3-5 issues and its essentially one issue steched out into 5 because of needless splash pages & Bendis-Speak.
He's a people-pleaser and a pushover. He does things out of the expectation that it's what he is supposed to do rather than an inner motivation. He has the basic superhero morality (evil is bad, good is good) so nothing especially interesting on that front. He's also one of those people who copies what others do out of insecurity. He tries to act like Peter in costume because he thinks "This is how Spider-man acts" rather than the need to make light of situations Peter has. His natural humor seems to be more straight man than jokester.
Black Spider-woman are superior
So is Miles on Peter's payroll now or is Peter just gonna have him fight crime penniless like he did? It'd be kind of a dick move on his part to not support Miles, especially since Miles really isn't as science-savvy as Peter is.
Isn't web fluid expensive to make? And what about Spider Tracers? At least give him armor. Peter's swinging around wearing bulletproof armor and he can't even be assed to give Miles something similar?
All I'm saying is that back when Peter was in Miles' shoes, he would have appreciated any help he could get.
Hey jackass, my workplace's mechanics are all cubanm. We have 3 black cubans. They look like (surprise) regular black people. Other departments have black hispanics. Guess what: they all look like regular black people. Hispanic is not a race (caucasian, negroid, mongoloid), it is a culture. Anybody can be hispanic. There are even ASIAN hispanics.
Peter was Hope's teacher for all of one issue in an AvX tie-in 4 years ago. It's really not that hard to "keep up with what's retconned and what isn't." All you have to do is actually read comics.
All-New All-Different's gimmick is that a bunch of popular AU characters got stuck on 616 after Secret Wars (Multiverse is still around, don't worry). Unfortunately Marvel is bad at getting this across well, not to mention Secret Wars hasn't actually finished, so there's a lot of confusion on if we rebooted/CoIE'd or if it's still 616. Doesn't help that Tom Brevoort has been going on about this being a reboot for more sales when it's not. At least this is how I understand it
Well not just Brevoort, my point is more there's misleading marketing going on because people are more likely to jump on a reboot then a minor status quo change. Personally I think this would turn people off from comics rather then get them interested but hey, I don't run a company.
