Actually, this kind of makes sense. Apple's not a terribly cynical person and the two women she trusts implicitly both openly express the opinion Mrs. Queen isn't all bad. Headmaster Grimm does, but this entire series has been steadily undermining Apple's capacity to trust him.

Since she never interacted with Raven's mom like she did in the books, Apple doesn't realize Raven still loves her mom with the extremely important caveat that she also doesn't trust her at all.

“Who is trying to tempt who here?” Raven shouted defensively; she felt the back of her thigh hitting the side of her bed. She had run out of room.

“Raven,” Apple grabbed the “evil” girl’s shoulders, her eyes filled with lust. “I LOVE YOU!” she pulled at Raven’s shirt, ripping it off her body, exposing the goodies within to the world outside.

At that moment, the “evil queen” froze up. Unprepared for what had happened next as she felt her body hit the comforter behind her.

Apple had now jumped onto of the bed with her villainess, her legs straddling on both sides of her legs. Using her hands to pin down Raven’s arms, the young snow white’s mouth began to work at the evil queen’s neck.

Raven’s mind was starting to over-heat as she tried to process everything that was going on. What was Apple doing to her? Why was Apple trying to do this? What was it that was causing her to do this? But no matter what the question was, she was in no position to think clearly enough to find an answer.

She could feel Apple’s tongue start to trail downwards, Raven needed to find a way out of this situation. Could she kick her friend? There's no proof that MH is getting rid of any characters, just focusing even more on the personalities of Frankie, Clawdeen, and Draculaura. Ghoulia and Operetta sell very well, at least to doll customizers, so I doubt they will get rid of them at the very least. Don't forget that Clawdeen showed a fiercer side earlier in the show. She went near mental when her older brother and best friend started dating; scaring the crap out of Clawd by cornering him in a closet and destroying his basketball.

As for physical ability. She's on the cheer squad so she can't be out of shape. The 13 Wish movie showed off some of her speed against a booby trap and another movie has her avoid arrows for a time when cat girl was trying to shoot her. The full moon gives her a lot of energy too just not sure if anything else.

Possible drawbacks. Clawdeen doesn't appear to have super strength--Yeti snow girl is used when those situations come up. Clawdeen is fast but then half the school are either zombies or monsters made of dead parts. Not sure how she would be against Cerise.

Don't know too much about Cerise's powers aside from speed but at the heart present Clawdeen is more the fashion girl and level headed type over the rough and tumble one like Cerise. Also pretty Cerise a lot bigger in size than Clawdeen.

The weakest one is probably Ginger's book, which isn't weak perse, the major downsides are: It focused on Ginger/Hopper Bull; as well as it tried to victimize The candy witch, and pretty much said her mother was essentially the first candy witch instead of a generational thing like we know of.

Though one thing I give the book is that it explained the whole "Ginger Witch/Breadhouse" thing. Ginger was essentially bullied in elementary school that she was home schooled; when middle school comes around she changes her name and gives herself a makeover so that she could pretend she wasn't a witch's child...as being younger, she hated the idea of being her mother's child.

Surprisingly, all the books had them with suffering childhoods for Duchess. Ginger, and Darling.

Given the cyclical nature of EA, I'd imagine she wouldn't have been able to cross the barrier even so. Farrah taking over is kind of odd, given that her role is being Ashlynn's godmother, but some people are double-dipping on their destinies already so I guess that works.

I do wonder about some of the shorter nursery rhyme characters still working on their destiny. I mean, Apple has a short adventure and then becomes queen, so she needs the education, but Lilly's destiny is that her sheep get lost one day and then wander back on their own, after which she presumably goes back to being the sexiest shepherdess in all the land. I always wondered if people in her position sympathized with rebelling because their story was so short and nothing exciting happens in it compared to the others so they get a boring family tradition to uphold.

Did she ever come across Faybelle in Way Too Wonderland? Is she waiting for the weird sheep she was taking care of and then lost track of when the spell wore off to come back because that's how the story goes?
