Have an idea for a story/OC worked out.

Shapeshifting D-list superhero is rejected from Justice League analogue, and decides to prove worth by infiltrating supervillain company (Oscorp stand-in) after sneaking a peak at a loose document in their headquarters of suspicion the head is actually a Supervillain (Cat-themed, alliterative)
After taking the guise of a secretary and being hired for a recently vacated position, he learns that workers can hench overtime and becomes catgirl assistant to said villain. In private, learns that the supervillain is actually the son of the original, filling in for sick father and trying to make amends for father's sins. Not only that, hero discovers JL-analogue has been secretly manipulating world events from shadows, and puts out a death warrant on his hero identity. Thus, the hero must become the mask to expose truth.

Also, the longer the MC uses a form, the closer his default form matches it, so secretary becomes neutral shape. Also, animal traits morphed cause minor mental changes, such as cat-ears and tail which are created so the required "wear" for the uniform isn't required
