Yes.
It will probably be an important plot point or something eventually.

The native plane of Grimm or whatever. But it seems like things appearing in volume openings doesn't really indicate their importance. all of SSSN appears in the V2 opening, but we didn't see the other two until V3. Junior and the twins are leading Cinder's pack in the V2 opening, but they only appear in a single scene of that volume, and they are neutral, not enemies. We've seen Weiss fighting Emerald twice now, but they are still not hostile.

Anyway, the portal is actually in the V1 opening as well. In pic related. And possibly in V2 as well.

The second one is that same scene, but a frame between the red effects (the portal just appears as a black hole)
And the bottom is the scene in V2 opening when Beacon starts dissolving, you'll note that there's a very similar object in the sky.

I've got no good idea for a story right now, but fluff is always great, and Yang is my Waifu, so preferably something in that direction.

I am not part of the RWBY fandom anymore.
I love the show to death. I truly do.
It keeps me happy, keeps me living to see another week. I don’t know how I’d feel if I never stumbled upon it in 2013.

I’ve been with the FNDM since volume two, when I first got Tumblr. I loved it, it was amazing, and I’d love staying up after watching the newest volume to read the theories and see all the beautiful fan art.

But at the end of last year, I saw an increasing amount of fan art, of pornographic images of the cast, showing torture, rape, and overall NSFW art.
Of course, I knew it was expected one day, so I quickly downloaded x-kit, blocked every tag depicting pornography and subjects relating to that and rape. My reasoning for this is not something I’m comfortable sharing here.

For the last three nights in a row, I’ve saw countless untagged pictures of pornography, rape, and sex-related torture on the RWBY tag, which has given me nightmares, insomnia, and and has led me to leave the FNDM.
Because some selfish pricks decided to leave pictures of images maybe some of us don’t want to see untagged, that could bring up triggering effects on others.

This isn’t a war on me saying “oh you can’t like what you want, you disgusting fiend” - for personal preferences, and other aspects (again, not wanting to explain), I am not comfortable of these images and ideas, but I still believe people can do what they want with their lives, their fetishes, and their sexual preferences.

I just want artists and writers alike to understand that some people do not want to see this, and you should at least tag it as NSFW.

Sorry for the rant, but I just needed this out there. If you want to add anything to this conversation, don’t be afraid to message me! Also, if you want me to tag this further with anything, I will!

She didn't stop the train, stop the grim invasion running behind the train, or help Amber. That means it's highly unlikely she is working alongside the brotherhood in any form, and is probably not just a wandering hunter.

The entire thing is kind of murky.

Here's a few other things people may or may not find interesting that I remembered/realized when thinking about Raven.

>Cinder's fire magic, even pre-maiden, greatly resembles the portal. Suggesting she has some personal connection to the Grimm
>The Grimm are not actually called the Grimm, as pointed out in the world of remnant, that's vernacular, and they are really the Creatures of Grimm. Assuming this is a Frankenstein like situation, Grimm is the thing controlling or producing the creatures.
>In the Volume 2 opening, when it switches from Ozpin to Pyrrha, Pyrrha's clothing is scattering red maple leaves the way Ruby scatters rose petals. Interesting given the last two episodes.
>Also in that opening, Cinder's Right eye is trailing Amber-like fire.
>The symbol on the white glove cinder uses to vamp Amber is the Grimm eye bound in magic circles and being exposed to dust crystals--interesting in that it might suggest the godmother figure is not Grimm, but dominates them through dust-based magic?
>The gloves' portal is pure red, unlike the portal Raven uses and the portals seen in the openings. This is interesting because similar to the symbol--Grimm are generally associated with darkness and black, but the glove seems to be free of all of that, and its portal is purely red. Perhaps because the glove itself is not grimm-magic at all, but purely dust-based binding of Grimm?
