ITT: /co/ related games only you've played
Surprisingly, nobody ever talks about this one
I used to rent it from my local Movie Gallery all the time in my youth.
However, it had a bug, maybe it was scratched up too badly, but whenever I would go to face the boss in the second world, the game would freeze on the loading screen. I kept re-renting hoping it would fix itself, but it never did
Pretty good 3D platformer and made by the same folks who did Hulk Ultimate Destruction
I love the hell out of this game, never heard anyone bring it up.
Fun platformer, part of my childhood. Shame it was only released in Europe
I only remember this game because I sat down for almost half an hour putting in random passwords and got super hype when TT2T turned out to unlock all levels
Holy shit. I fucking loved Taz Wanted
Where can I cop an Xbox version? I never finished it iirc and it would be really satisfying to complete it.
Similarly I had this game when I was like 5. I remember it creeping the shit out of me in the surreal way it looked. I finished it after 15 years a few months ago. Good feels.
This brought me some of the most genuine fun I've had in a while
Brothers had these two. Also had this atrocity and about a dozen different Spongebob games.
I used to love this game.
Also Scooby-Doo Mystery, god I wish I still had my super nintendo.
I'm sure there actually are plenty who've played it, but for me it'd be Stitch: Experiment 626 for the PS2, kinda surprising how even after all the later Lilo & Stitch media came out, pretty much the only part I can remember being contradictory was Hamsterviel's voice being different
(played after watching TV show)
Was pretty good.
>Stitch: Experiment 626
I loved how savage Stitch was in that game, shooting all the bad guys and eating their drumstick remains to gain health. I think I pushed an enemy off a cliff once.
Technically I could not be the only one since my brothers played with me. I'm pretty sure it was the experience of playing with other people and not the game itself that made it so enjoyable. It's probably objectively not a good game.
I rented this game a few times when I was younger
I used to had the PS2 version, fucking blue discs man. Traded it about 13 years ago for Star Fox Adventures
My brother used to have it. Traded it for another game I don't remember
Still have it. Acording to my PS2 save file, I haven't touched that since 2005
I've never seen anybody talk about pic related though.
I played that as a kid. I remember it being just above shovelware-tier
played that one as well. Actual shovelware-tier.
Oh good lord this game was fantastic. the basic attacks were good, the game ran buttery smooth, the weapons were satisfying, the soundtrack was fantastic, the arenas were inspired, the character models and animations were on point and good fucking god the enviro hazards never got old. My friend and I played this one so much.
Not only was it one of the first PS2 games I ever got, it was highly adequate!
Nope, Treasure released the alpha version years ago.
I also have this thing for some reason.
This shit was my 8 year old self's jam. Still fun today.
I heard that game was good, then again I've heard most Donald Duck games were good. Game designers were nice to him.
wonder how it would've been if Donald was the hero in Kingdom Hearts like it could've been.
It's alright, nothing like the PK comics though.
Now this one, this is some good shit.
This game was pretty good, from what I remember.
I had this game as a kid. Getting the full-power spin going was fun, but I remember the level design/color palette being pretty dull.
Your prayers have gone unanswered.
Anyone play the Billy and Mandy game for the Gamecube/PS2/Wii? I thought it was a lot of fun, had a lot of character put into it. Played similar to Power Stone and the Tom and Jerry game for N64/PS2.
Probably because it's was cheap to license.
Also Treasure worked on several old TTA games as well (before they departed from Konami) so they were already pretty familiar with the show and the characters.
I actually liked that one. It was the shitty one where the heroes and villains set aside their differences and you played through the various Nicktoon worlds saving NPCs who didn't even fucking reward you for doing so that I hated.
This was actually fun as fuck.
A lot of fun with some fucking hard simulation missions. The cutscene models look kinda fucked up though.
Drakken's Demise and Team Possible on GBA are also really good, but I've seen people talk about those before.
7.7 out of 10, said Nintendo Power. It was kinda fun but I never finished it.
This game (along with The Spongebob Movie Game) was my childhood. It was a Banjo Kazooie/Super Mario 64 type game but with Spongebob and the writing was pretty good. It's a shame that Truth or Square was planned to be just like BFBB but they changed plans.
I thought this was the OBSCURE /co/ games thread. I remember seeing Going Quackers ads all over my Toys R Us, and you couldn't throw a dead cat without hitting Nicktoons Racing when it came out.
But if we have switched over to less-than-obscure /co/ games, Simpson's Road Rage was DA BEST.
Can't forget about Road Rage's big brother, Hit and Run.
I distinctly remember hating this game as a kid despite playing it a lot. I think it might have been the only gameboy game I had for a while.
I had this. It had the exact gameplay as some other shitty game I had in one of those 50 in 1 cartridges and I remember hating it because you were a rabbit but couldn't fucking jump.
I had this game for NES. It was alright.
>the eerie emptiness in mirror world
>the mall at night
>anything mr. friend related
>THE FUCKING GOOSE
I legit got nightmares from this game as a kid.
I had loads of fun with my little brother in coop.
When we weren't sabotaging each other, that is.
The music was pretty good too.
God damnit OP I LOVE this game. I played that shit all the time as a kid and sometimes when I'm bored I still hook up the Xbox and play through it again. I loved the Looney Toones growing up and this game was legit my jam. I always fucking sucked at the boss fight against Daffy in the Gladiatoons arena though.
Never got the joke as a kid that the Blue Box you step into that takes you between overworlds was supposed to be the TARDIS
Too bad the days of games based on obscure cartoons are gone.
Coincidentally I just picked up the Greatest Hits version of this game at Goodwill, along with pic related. What am I in for?
Played this at an arcade / arcade museum.
Superman also had a pinball game.
I hope to Rao that no one else has suffered from playing Young Justice on 3DS
Who the fuck saw Young Justice and thought a slow as fuck turn based troop strategy game was the way to go?
Nope that shit was my jam when I was 6 years old.
I think I've got a winner here (in more ways than one).
Good, smart choice. Paper Mario 2 is a great game. Go! Go! Hypergrind is fun too, I remember having a lot of fun with it as a kid,
I wish someone would rip the soundtrack.
Actually, I really miss that era of cartoony styled games. GGH, Whacked, Freaky Flyers, Cel Damage, even if they weren't always that great, they usually had a lot of creativity and charm and humor to them. I still play Whacked and Freaky Flyers.
>we cant talk about the work of Doug T without triggering SJWs
and why is that?
I remember it being pretty fun, but I was never into non-Mario sports games.
This, along with it's sister games I'll post. Pretty easy, but enjoyable, especially since the villain changed each play through.
I didn't even know this was a game released only in Brazil
Woody is really popular here
Saw people playing this at a babysitter's house as a kid. I had this one at home, and the high-framerate shit on the PS2 one freaked my eyes out until I finally got a GameCube and then found out Melee existed. At the time, I did not know that Super Smash Bros. actually had a sequel. Don't even ask how it got past me.
I remember this one had a green cloud that could infect the other player, which was gimmicky as fuck. It's like the ancestor to the "Plague" powerup in some shit gamemode that recently got added to TF2.
Those FUCKING NETS.
Man this game looked nice.
Loved this one, Superman all day erry day
I remember really enjoying this too, I only beat the save Rachel car mission once, could never do it again
Missed the picture, my bad
Mine was Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects.
Game was probably trash but I remember it fondly
that game gives me the creeps but i love it anyway, the fake ads were amazing
