on a little note, I used to call her Anise, name-wise. I can't remember WHY I did, but .. yeh. If anyone wants to use that for her name, or offer something better??

So, anyways. Like that one person said, AI are essentially like kids - hypercurious, extremely impressionable.

When she was being built, they got as far as adding a base AI system to her, but no personality or morality system or anything yet. Just a blank slate until they developed a fitting personality for her. Except, that didn't happen - they never got that far with her. About a month after the AI system was added, they found a fatal flaw that basically made her unworkable for them, and that they couldn't just remove without causing any issues, so they scrapped her. They were supposed to cut off her consciousness when they immobilized her to get some parts from her, but for whatever reason it didn't work, so she was left basically tied up and completely unable to move, speak, or generally react, as she had parts pulled and used for the newer, better models. That, obviously, didn't have a good effect on her personality - especially after being treated so well and, like, well, a person, before that. She just got tossed like junk and it sucked, and as she was strung up there, left listening to them constantly talk about things, she obviously learned from them. Which isn't exactly good, considering the stuff scientists talked about could be kind of terrible for someone with no morals or life experience to base it against.
