"We Need More Jackie" edition
I declare this thread is for Jackie, no shipping, just more art and stories involving Jackie.
LET'S OPEN THE GATES OF SABCO HELL!!
If this post is Dubs then Sabco HAS a real chance!
why does brittney dislike marco?
Not as long as we have radical Islamic Marco
Off by one AGAIN!
It's like pottery...
Marco in a Syrian Arab Army uniform and Star by his side.
>Marco Abdul Mohamed drafted into the Syrian Army
Eh, It's still a weekend where I'm at.
Awww, the time skip kind of reminds of that Lost Time story from some months ago. All the continuations are sweet, and kinda shows why it's good to archive/save greens.
Sweet, one can never have too much Little Manna
I've always seen 'bro' as a fairly gender neutral term, it's all cool
FAN-freaking-tastic. This is my favorite one so far. Like another anon said, it was a great mix of humor and creepiness.
a better question is why Brittney dissed Hope and didnt let her come to the party, but let her friend Jackie in
also lol at the rolled up dollar bill in the background at her party, Daron you sly 7 foot englishman killing devil you
This would make a good story.
>Young Brittney, the little rich princess, used to getting everything she ever wanted.
>She pours her heart out to young Marco, declaring her childish love for him.
>Young Marco says no, for he his smitten by the young skateboarder Jackie Lynn Thomas.
>And thus did Marco set Brittney on the road of a rich bitch when he broke her heart.
because the everyman character always has to be a loser that no one not even the nerds like.
but at least he doesnt have a completely stupid, frustrating crush on the rich bitch. also, the dumb blonde jock is actually kind of nice instead of being like dash from DP.
that episode where Star starts to turn into a cockroach is actually making sense!
I approve of more Jackie!
She's been criminally neglected by /sveg/
He has a reputation of teacher pet goodie two shoes boring safe kid nerd.
Is a recipee for being an outcast in high school.
Early episodes hint that Marco is an awesome person to hang out with but no one quite pays attention to him.
Allah supports the "TIME CUBE 4ce" theory of the Earth and universe.
You know, Star vs. does kill alot of tropes
>Marco doesn't like popular rich bitch
>Jocks aren't assholes
>Marco actually has a chance with Jackie
Compare that to most shows with relatioships.
>Timmy Turner has ZERO chance of actually getting with Trixie Tang
>don't even get me started on WenDip
Does anyone know for certain who voices Janna? IMDB doesn't even list her, and the SvtFoE wiki has it listed as Grey Griffin, and after 20 years of watching shit she's been in, I'm pretty sure I'd recognize Grey.
She dislikes anyone who isn't sucking her cock. She may be the most popular chick at school but it's pretty clear that everyone not involved in her clique isn't too crazy about her. Everyone at her party was clearly there for the party, not her. The fact that Marco is besties with Star, the girl Britt despises the most, only furthers her dislikeness for him.
The question is whether or not she's still pursuing him.
>tfw im looking forward to season 2 premiere more than i am the finale of Gravity Falls
how did hirsch fuck up so bad. when this came out i thought it was just some cheap sailor moon wannabe that stood no chance against Gf but its quickly became more interesting and compelling than i imagined? the ball is in Nefcy's court now
high population threads are bad. like /sug/, /gfg/, or Korra when it was in full swing, those are just floods of posters being linked from tumblr and other hovels, no lurking experience, just come in and bombard the threads with RP and other bullshit.
I dunno man, /gfg/ at it's height was always fuckin LOADS of fun.
Full of shitposting to be sure, but god damn were those threads a blast. Recent /gfg/s are a pale shade of what they once were.
I am not gonna lie, its gonna be freaking weird to me when season 2 starts and we go back to daily threads and have actual episodes and discussion.
I been in weekend hiatus /sveg/ longer than I was in the season 1 on air days.
So it will be in a way sad, I never thought I would be saying this (considering how sad I was when the hiatus started) but I have had so much fun during the hiatus that I will be sad when it ends...
HOW CRAZY IS THAT!?
After the first hiatus Hirsch was pretty cool with it. Then the second hiatus happened and he got a little worried but they assured him things were going to be just fine. Then the third hiatus happened and they didn't even tell him, and an executive punched him in the stomach when he asked. With this final hiatus they're going to wreck his car and fuck him up in the Disney parking lot before tying him up inside a giant wicker mouse filled with barnyard animals and lighting it on fire in the Disneyland Fireworks Spectacular.
Sacrificing a good TV show guarantees 10 good years worth of movies
Because Star vs is not pretentious. Hirsch fucked up badly with all the teasing and no delivering.
Two lessons I learned the hard way when writing shit back in the day: NEVER tease too much, even with a complete mind-blowing delivery; and, sometimes, things you think are great can be meh for a lot of people.
Also, his hate for shipping is pretty pathetic. People giving more attention to pairings instead of plot is basically a rule in animation.
season 1 /gfg/ were some of the funnest moments i ever had on /co/ (even when i was being banned because the mod thought i was grubermeister... or was it the other way around). however, season 2 the fucking threads EXPLODED. people took jokes like hackposting and ran them into the abyss. chubfags, MRA vs Feminazis, padippica shipers, /sug/ migrants and all sorts of other carcinogens ravaged the threads.
Abby Elliott voices Janna, but the Wiki and IMDB erroneously list it as Grey. You'll notice her name is in the credits for all of Janna's appearances under "Additional Voices."
Giancarlo Volpe, who's apparently now a director for the next season, confirmed it when someone asked who voiced Janna.
Don't worry Ama, we'll still have loads of fun when the show starts. I've been around since the very beginning, before we even had /sveg/ generals and I have to say that it was fun as hell to come to these threads, with talks of how good the show was turning out to be, how interesting it was to see new content to work with when a new episode came out, and how fun it was when we had a Marcobowl.
Those were good times, but the time we've spent here now has also been great. So once the show starts again I'm sure /sveg/ will thrive again.
I still stand by that Hackposting and indeed, any type of funposting can be made good with the proper application of effort.
Season 1 was the height of Dipper's Cheeks though
are people sick of toffee theorycrafting? SVE doesnt strike me as a show very interested in having the deepest lore, but i finally caught up with the series and i kind of want to ramble about toffee somewhere
Don't go giving me those kind of ideas. Making a lewdy game would be fun, but it's a slippery slope. >>78648364
This was the idea I had before I first posted here, but CodeAnon had beat me to it. Might come back to it though.
Damn, I just realised I'm going to be one of those (relatively) veteran posters who will remember what these threads were like before they get either overcrowded with posters, or take a nose dive.
I first came here a week or so after the season 1 finale.
why the fuck is there a general for this show when its not even airing new content anytime soon yet we cant have /sug/ the day before su airs again
Is it really a bad thing if /gfg/ merges to /sveg/? Im asking because I dont really know much about /gfg/.
Is there anyway to prevent /sveg/ from becoming shitpost if this does actually happen?
I dunno man, shit was pretty cash all of 2A still. It wasn't till after AToTS that the threads REALLY went downhill.
Hiatus bans didn't help either. Threads never fully recovered from those I think.
/sveg/ goes full shitpost like every other week or so, so it won't be that different
at least when new episodes finally air we can get some fresh reactions/discussion; pretty hard to be terrible during those kinds of threads
hackposting had its moments, at times it was the only time the threads were being truthful. certainly, it was better than "alex the living cartoon character" teddy bear image the threads were painting around him.
Becoming Shitpost central isn't something to be worried about. It's the natural progression.
Honestly, as long as our plethora of writefags don't leave, I don't think much else matters. Being generally pleasant and having numerous writefags are the hallmarks of sveg. I don't see that changing.
I've been here since Mewnipendance, I am not quite a veteran but caight the end of the season 1 times.
Now a question for any /sveg/ veterans, has there been an episode that had a huge impact on here? something that make people angry? or brought the hype?
Tell me those episode stories I missed! I really wonder if /sveg/ ever got salty at an episode like I see happen to /sug/ and /gfg/ all the time.
yeah that was another stupid decision too. it wasn't just the generals were banned, pretty much all discussion threads that sprang up were deleted regardless of what that lying useless shit mod had said.
these threads keeping it alive for the weekend and playing it smart have helped maintain interest in the show. but the modding lately hasn't been as bad as it was a year ago right before moot handed the site off to hiro. those years damn near killed this site.
Wow, we actually got a fourth thread.
This is the first thread in three weeks that I didn't make
I'm happy about the show getting more popular. I just hope it the threads won't go full cancer
Star was mad HAHA
but that's it i think
I dunno...I am just a wandering writer. Going from boards to boards, threads to threads. Where ever my mood guides me. TL;DR:I have short span of interest and /sveg/ is the only threads that break that record
>We actually got a fourth thread
Ok so this was my first weekend here so I assume we get 2-4 avg a week
And since the new season drops in basically April we got like ~40ish threads left
someone do the math, I'm too tired to think
The run up to interdimensional Field Trip was pretty hype, mainly because it was the first proper fore into 'what if Star took other people on a magical adventure'
We went up and down about ideas on how it would go, what Star would do, where they'd go, what Marco would do. One of the big talking points was centered on if Marco would show his stuff in front of the class. It was a pretty even split between:
1) Marco being a badarse finally
2) Marco being a massive spaghetti lord
3) Nothing much happening
Interesting it ended up as a mix of all 3, whoda thunk it.
fucking cat memes jesus that hurt in the livestream.
Anon who's followed these threads since late 2014:
>Lot of bitching about the art style of the show before it even came out and tons of assumptions about what the style of humor would be.
>Episode 1 got a lot of THAT'S FUCKING IT?! reactions, complaints about Star's voice, and angry tirades about Pony Head. Those latter 2 still come up all the time of course. There were still lots of posters who liked it though.
>School Spirit and Monster Arm were received well. These were some of the earlier episodes where the innuendo/black comedy became apparent, and those jokes went over well. This was also when people started taking an interest in background chars, mainly Chantelle.
>Lots of complaints about the animation change in Mewberty, with some saying they wanted to drop the show. Arguments over whether Star;s wings are permanent or just a one-time gag-- jury's still out.
>Blood Moon Ball got a lot of OMG STARCO /LOL TOM GOT KEKED reactions, but that's obvious.
>Anons liked the appearance of Toffee in Fortune Cookies, but I seem to remember a few people asking throughout the season if he was a "Mary Sue."
>Freeze Day's scene where Marco realizes how long he's been nodding at Jackie went over well-- surprisingly sad, etc.
>St. O's was seen as a reason why every episode should be 20 minutes. I assume there was some freakout over Heinous's clubs cheeks but I don't remember.
That's about it, other than the small but dedicated group who complained for half the season about not seeing Star's bare feet yet.
Of course, you should know Ama, the one episode that rocked these threads was the Bloodmoon episode. I still remember the day it aired. That was when the Starco shipping truly reached crazy ass levels, and the start of the Tom cucking. Many of us said that it was such a wierd relief to see a main male lead do the cucking on a western show for once. And many a lewd idea was had when Star let Marco stay in her room when she was changing. And the first time we heard the Bloodmoon song and saw Star and Marco dance. Those were some good times.
>The wandering writefag
Well, wherever your journeys take you, I wish you well.
Here's the culture of /sveg/ as of the Banagic Incident
Someone really should update this
Reposting because based Seddm
So a few things about Toffee are fairly obvious, like Luto he's a byproduct of the Monster Massacre, however while Luto is obsessed with obtaining the power of magic that Star possesses, he is only interested in destroying it.
Also of note that he sabotages the whole fortune cookie thing and is happy when it fails, his goal is to drive a wedge between monsters and to convince Star that a peace process if futile before she can get reconciliation ideas in that impressionable head of theirs.
Toffee lets slip that Luto is 'not the first monster' who's been taken in by the Muman's magic before. He's talking about himself.
With his regenerative abilities, chances are Toffee is a lot older than he appears. We're also clearly reminded of Marco's arm being possessed at the beginning of the final episode.
Toffee is deliberately paralleled with Marco.
From this I can make a few educated guesses:
1) Toffee had a relationship very analogous to Marco with whatever to-be queen took over Muni and caused the monster massacre.
2) That confidence was betrayed at some point, judging from the thanksgiving like references in the Munipendance day episodes, it was likely some serious colonizing backstabbing.
3) Toffee's regenerative abilities are likely a byproduct of the magic of the wand, adding to his desire to destroy it
4) Toffee's end goal (besides the destruction of magic) is to cause another ethnic conflict Mumen's and the Monsters with the Mumen lacking their magic that swung things in their favor the last time
5) He will likely succeed, with the Mumen deciding to move to -- and colonize -- Earth thus beginning the vicious cycle all over again.
Hello Marco, you're someone initially 'taken in' by Star and her magic. What will you think about a great human massacre?
>Marco apologizes for underestimating Star
>Star: "You underestimated me?"
>Her face goes blank as she pushes Marco's bowl of pudding to the floor
>"There was a fly on it"
>I THINK EARTH IS A PRETTY GRE-EAT PLACE
Everybody was like "what the fuck was that." Arguments over whether it was meant as a joke or serious scene went on for the next few hours.
The ending of the Banagic wand episode was pretty fucking weird, one of those jokes that is a swing and blatant miss. Anons over analysed it up the arse and it became a recurring post.
Star sees commercial for Banagic Wand "As Seen on TV" garbage. Wants it.
Marco says "LOL No" and goes to do Karate.
Star says "STFU" and goes downtown. Hijinks ensue.
Marco comes home. Star gives him pudding. Marco says, "I underestimated you!" Star slaps pudding out of his hand.
Eh people still like Jackie and the whole Jarco thing, but it always boiled down to 'well we need to see more of her next season.'
This is the case for most of the characters who aren't Star, Marco, Ludo and Buff Frog. Janna just gets a lot of effort put in to going with what little we were given.
>I want to hug a lewd Star
HOLY MOTHER OF FLASHBACKS HOLY SHIT
Yes. Speaking of which, whatever happened to the sequel of Pillar Man Marco vs. Mewberty Star? If memory serves, it was about the other girls being infected with Mewberty as well.
I still remember the joke greentext I wrote about about Ferguson and Alphonso becoming Pillarmen as well only they still looked the same, just with longer hair and darker skin.
Jackie/Jarco content huh? Well, Here's an effort.
>There's plenty of time to spare before 7:56 am rolls around
>Just chilling outside with the skateboard before going to class
>Should probably pick it up before
>Someone stepped on it, shoe and pant leg look familiar, look up
>It's Marco Diaz, he's a complete mess
>Try to see if the board is salvageable, but the pieces won't stay together. "Marco..You broke my...skateboard"
>Why did that come out in the dullest monotone?
>It obviously wasn't on purpose
>Here's the chance to reassure him that it's okay. No need to make what's already an awful day for him worst.
>"It's fine Marco, I'll just live with it."
>Roll away on the remnants of the skateboard to emphasize that point
>Stare at him to see if that worked and he's feeling better.
>He's not, little shit beside him gloats
It was funnier/better in my head
What's up niggas, ay yo, I know you ain't underestimating me dog
You been on my wand nigga, you love my magic, nigga
(star) Fuck with your arm with magic
(was) Teach you the queen you know you
(mad) "Mewni" across the belly
(haha) I sank your ship already
Brace yourself for the monster massacre
Y'all impatiently waiting
It's like Britney's AIDS test, what's the results?
Yes positive, who's the best? Star, Janna and Jackie
Ain't no best, Earth, Mewni, Underworld, St. Olga's, flossed out, greedy
I embrace y'all with magic napalm
Blows up, no guts, left arm, finger gone
How could Star be garbage?
Unicorns at your cartilage
Ponyhead at the side of your dome, come outta my throne
I got this, locked since '1-5
I am the truest, name a mahou shoujo that I ain't influenced
Gave y'all laser puppies but now I keep my eyes on Oscar's penis
With car-dwelling fame, kept my name in his music
Ay yo, pass me the dimensional scissors, pour my pixie dust out on these humans, man (no doubt)
Ay, y'all faggots, y'all kneel and kiss the fucking wand
A couple requested Chantelle so I did my part and delivered cancer as usual.
>You will never have something like this
F-fuck you too Marco
I kind of like the show but for some reason I can't stand Star. I have this weird feeling that she's a kind of girl who would give you hope, then reject you being surprised how could you even misunderstood her feelings (with all the hugs, physical contact and sharing a bed) and then go on to suck a dick of some emotionally underdeveloped douche whom she will never know as good as you.
Star is a whore I'm telling you.
Pretty sure that was my first night posting, before I started namefagging, and a few weeks before I started writing. Came for the blood moon celebrations, stayed for the comfy and shipping.
And heres Marco as Conan the Barbarian for whoever requested it.
I think we picked up a lot of good anons and namefags in those few threads, there was a marathon of the episodes on and good times were had in the threads. Amazed that so many people are still about since then, glad the weekend thread idea not only was picked up, but was received so well.
I can get behind mutual misunderstanding Jarco, Jackie seems so chilled out I wouldn't be half surprised if the wires just didn't cross in her head with Marco's spaghetti. Still, good characterized Jackie is rare as all hell
All this /sveg/ history!
I remember the hype for IFT, that one is my favorite episode because was the first one I saw live here in /sveg/
I sadly missed being here when Bananagic Incident aired despire already lurking /sveg/ at that time so i missed the salt it caused.
Can someone explain exactly where "Star was mad, haha" came from? I never quite knew.
I an imagine why those would make waves in /sveg/
I was here for the hype! such a memorable time for me.
Wow thats a lot of memories, thanks a lot anon.
I remember the complaints over Star's voice from when the first episode was aired ahead of the premiere, also remember people dreaded FPPH being a main character.
Was "Cute and Perfect!" already a thing back when BMB aired? it seems to be what really launched the starco ship.
I haven't seen that image in ages! it really needs an update. so nostalgic.
Those threads were so good. perfect send off to daily /sveg/.
>Can someone explain exactly where "Star was mad, haha" came from? I never quite knew.
thats daron nefcy's "explanation" on twitter for the scene
Never forget. She was mad.
Yeah IDFT was the standout time for me. When the artwork for that got posted the thread went nuts, so much fun speculating. Had the whole range of ideas brought up and discussed. Even still no one really got close to what happened in the end. The Janna and Jackie hunger after that took off as well, and Skullnick redemption was the cherry on top.
As for cute and perfect, the notion of it has been around for so long in these threads. BMB certainly helped cement it in, but people recognize early on just how great the relationship Star and Marco have.
>An air date hasn't been set yet
Fucking love the episode posters. This and the one for the finale got me so hyped.
Would be the biggest disappointment if they don't keep that up for season 2.
Yeah that'd be a real shame, the hype from previews in whatever form is always a joy of this board. The SU ones have been great to see after such a drought of overall content.
We funny when the artwork didn't have much relevance to the actual episode, like mewnipendence day.
New episode, of what should have ended a long time ago.
>The day continued to drag on
>Marco tried to distance himself from her at Star's request
>Star calls her mother and begs to have her sent back but the Queen refuses and warns Star to behave and to be nice to her as she's family.
>Marco overhears this and tries to comfort her
>"What is it exactly about her that is so bad?" Marco asks as Star hasn't been very clear.
>"It's hard to explain but for years it's like she's jealous of me and I just don't get why. Just that she's the happiest when I'm miserable, everything you see of her right now is not the real Spade"
>"For what it's worth I believe you, not saying that I didn't before, just that I'll keep this in mind as long as she's here"
>Marco puts his arm around her, as he does there's a knock on the door of the house
>"I'm guessing no one else believe's you when you try to bring it up" Marco asked.
>Star nods her head
>"She'll slip up eventually, girls like that can't keep up the two face act for long"
>Star smiled and hugged Marco.
>Marco alway's right, Spade will be exposed for the vile girl that she is one day.
>They head downstairs and find Sabrina at the door chatting up Spade
>Sabrina was going door to door handing out pamphlets about cheerleading injury awareness and how YOU can prevent it.
>"Star I didn't know you had a cousin, she's going to help me hand out pamphlets!" Sabrina shouts at Star.
>"Uh, Sabrina Spade is from out of town and-"
>"Please cousin, you worry too much...besides any friend of yours is a friend of mine"
>Spade smiles and wraps an arm around Sabrina
>"Wow you are super nice, but you are kinda hurting m-"
>"Well tootles" Spade mumbles and hurries Sabrina out the door.
>Marco and Star looked at each other.
.Whats the worse that could happen?
Oh so thats the origin, haha!
I like that response, the fact that people got salty over it makes it even better!
Yeah I remember when the posters were released and everyone went nuts with speculation (ands how everyone ignored Marco grows a beard).
To think about the hype season 2 could bring, good times ahead.
I really wonder when the "Cute and Perfect!" mantra started, maybe some Starco fans would know.
Well no official date is sad but at least is better than total silence about it!
I like the Idea that Spade might be an evil verion of Star with her own "Marco" too. That way we can have 2v2 battles.
The ideal situation for me would be a big ass trailer at the end of the GF finale, one that makes mention of the finale and where it left the show. In addition to that, sneak peaks of what's to come, happy adventures, more serious elements/reactions to something and some tidbits of characters we're gonna be seeing. Imagine is Janna got a section, the thread would go nuts.
Marco surprised a lot of us with his actions in St. O's, not many of us at the time were expecting too much with him in the dress in the promo art. Pleasant surprise that for sure.
Hey I was looking forward to Marco grows a beard
though I will admit it was directly proportionate to if/how Marco interacted with Jackie in IDFT, was a bit of a let down but hey was a fun episode for Star at least.
As for the whole cute and perfect thing, I'm almost certain it caught on as a result of the final scene in BMB. Many Starco fans were pretty up in arms about how sweet that scene was, and how good their chemistry was. Add in the large number of fan content related to that scene and you have your saying ingrained in the thread.
Think I'm going to turn in for the night. No rest for the wicked and all. Doubt this'll still be up when I wake, so I'll be back next week. Might even have made some content by then as well, imagine that!
Before we finish reminiscing about the old times at /sveg/ I wanna post one of my favorite moments during the final daily thread before weekend /sveg/
At the last few posts anons started quoting the ending song.
Yes it's dumb, cringeworthy and corny as all hell, but I dont care! it warms my heart everytime I remember it, such a great send off thread that was.
Kind of reminds of FC's "Dueling Stars"
Where Astra and Paolo were a lot like Star and Marco but only cosmetically/on the surface, as they had a pretty toxic/bad relationship.
Either that or Lady and Soldier from that St.O au.
I am 99% sure it was (well, typo aside) and i forgot to screencap it because it was when people were so happy it archived because Archive.moe was down during the final thread and went online just in time.
Dammit I wish I screencaped more from that thread. now sounds like a crazy legend since the archive is gone.
Hey anons, remember when /sveg/ went into spongebob mode? My sides...
Let's make more
I still can't believe two of my posts made it on there.
>Janna: Marco it's meee, Jannaaa~
>Janna: No it's really me. And I brought Hope too. We're here to bust you out.
>Janna: Because you don't deserve to rot away in this reform school. You should be free, able to practice safety outside these walls-
>Marco: No I mean why'd you bring Hope?
>Janna:Oh, she likes chili.
>Hope then proceeds to eat a handful of chili.
Praise! Thanks anon.
>Marco and Star engage Spade and Butler Marco
>The fight is even until Star and Spade both blast each other but their spells don't collide
>Marco and Butler Marco stop fighting in order to shield their respective princesses from the blast
>They both get knocked out
>Spade retreats while Star teleports herself and Marco back to her room
>When Marco comes to he is hugged by a crying Star
>He gets scolded about trying to be a hero again
>Marco just hugs her tightly saying that he can't promise that he won't do it again but he will be more careful next time
>When Butler Marco he is greeted by a sleeping Spade on the side of his bed
>He wakes her up and she panics quite a bit trying to regain her composure
>She then scolds Butler Marco about how much of a hassle it was for her, the princess, to go rescue her servant
>Butler Marco could see that she was really concerned despite her cold demeanor and that there she was crying a while ago.
>Butler Marco apologizes
>Spade turns around facing away from him giving him a strict order to never do something like this again trying to her hardest not to sound relieved
Eh I tried to give that anon's Idea about Star vs Spade a spin. So what do you think?
>Star barges in on Marco during a private moment.
>They become awkward around each other for days afterwards.
>Marco is still losing sleep over it when he gets a knock on his bedroom door in the middle of the night.
>It’s Star in her nightgown.
>“Can I come in?”
>Marco automatically steps aside. “Sure thing.”
> After he quietly closes the door behind her and moves back, they stand in the dark, both uncomfortable and silent.
>Marco searches for something to say when Star abruptly turns around and locks the door with a soft click.
>Misgivings spark about the whole situation, and they aren’t helped by the way Star turns back to face him.
>She leans back against the door with her arms folded awkwardly behind her and crosses one leg over the other, rubbing her ankle.
>She had to be aware how far her gown was riding up her raised leg, past the halfway of her thigh, just barely keeping the area beyond in shadow.
>Marco tried to clear his throat before talking, but his voice still came out nervous and hoarse.
>“Anything I can help you with?”
>He swore he could see her eyes glimmer. "Yeah, I think so."
Practicing trying to make a scene both awkward and potentially steamy.
Also is our resident Drawfag online? I kind of want to request a Spade wearing a victorian dress with her wand being a parasol, and of course the butler Marco would just be wearing a servant outfit
Thanks m8, glad you enjoyed it
Good thing I set my expectations pretty low on a spring air date. I had a feeling we'd be waiting until at least Summer for new episodes. I'm confident that that is when we'll get our prize.
wonder how many episode titles we'll find out before the premiere even airs
it's like daron is trying her best not to spoil shit, but one way or another upcoming plots etc. get revealed to us anyway
Nice! It feels like one of my Japanese animes(and I mean that in the best way possible)
Here ya go senpai. Tried to go for a slight pallet swap thing. Sorry for the mess/lack of polish
Since when is Marco considered a loser? The only one who says stuff like this is Jeremy, and we all know he's just trying to get Marco's goat.
They probably only gave Marco two friends because they didn't feel like animating a whole bunch of friends if they were just going to focus on Star and Marco anyways.
Asian Rich Bitch Cheerleader
Even for fans of thick thighs we have
Marco's momand Star's mom
Let's hope /sveg/ doesn't go the way of /gfg/
>Season 1 /gfg/:
>/gfg/ worships the ground Alex walks on
>"why can't I have Alex's life"
>"lol, I can't believe Alex came on /co/ to prank us, what a card!
>Season 2 /gfg/:
>gay for Justin Roiland
>screw you dad!
>I guess Alex didn't think this though?
>Season 1 /sveg/:
>Daron is awesome, her cartoon is so cute and her relationship with her husband is cute and perfect! CUTE AND PERFECT!
>Season 2 /sveg/:
>Marco doing yardwork. Pulling weeds, filling in holes where battle damage happened, maybe using that flattening roller.
>Star is lounging in a pile of mud, with sunglasses and a floating glass with a straw.
>Marco takes a shovel of the mud to fill in a nearby small blast crater.
>Marco looks at the bikini now sticking out of the crater.
>Star doesn't notice. "Marco! Freshen my drink!"
>Star gets the hose again.
Dubs, holy shit
Here, have some bitches you'd like to fuck
Nah, I know girls like Star, they are all clingy and touchy, it's just how they show their emotions, but the boy they touch and enjoy being in touch with most is the one they love unknowingly
STARCO IS CUTE AND PERFECT
Guy's original site has been taken down but Internet Archive still has it: https://web.archive.org/web/20151017012600/http://derekleethompsonblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/StarBoardTestPart1.pdf
Wasn't actually an alternate storyboard but a "storyboard test" he did to possibly get a job on S1-- he didn't get it. Star and Tom come off a lot worse here.
There was a second part he posted, about 5 pages with no dialogue, that showed Tom going nuts at what was then just called "Demon Prom" (and possibly transforming into some more powerful form? can't remember) and Star fighting him with magic, but it looks like that's gone from the internet now.
And people say she has no character development.
Bored in class but never seems to have bad grades, girl is way smart.
Loves her some speed and athleticism and danger.
Bigtime adventurous side.
And what is up with that seashell....
I'm still leaning toward that greentext a while back where she was a mermaid princess with a tragic story with Janna the magic gypsy.
To be honest, /sug/ is pretty toxic, and the mods still remember the horror show around The Show That Must Not Be Named.
So, we here are exquisitely polite and do our best to be good board citizens as we celebrate our fandom.
I like how chill she is about everything.
It's weird how people complained about no character development for her from day 1. Of course the show will come off worse if you have huge expectations for every episode to be a total gamechanger.
>Is there anyway to prevent /sveg/ from becoming shitpost if this does actually happen?
Same way as there always is, become familair with the board rules and follow them, and when people are NOT following them, report them promptly.
Let the mods do their job.
>Storm the Castle
No lie, that episode is among the best pieces of storytelling I've seen in years.
Even that horrible clunky Italian Stallion joke.
I mean, serioucly, SO MUCH was revealed in that episode, and just left fallow.
"The Whispering Spell"
Why is the first spell taught to a magical princess a death spell? Holy Shit! That's like giving her her first poison tooth/grenade, all at once.
>Jackie is my only waifu
>In the silence of night, start to reminiscence on the distant past
>Think back to ten years ago
>Had a homo crush on this pothead skater boy
>Sandy blond hair, green eyes, caramel skin covered with freckles
>My mind was running through memories on autopilot until I reached the worst part
Guess his name, /co/.
fuck you alex and your stupid mystery show taking forever to finish is pushing everyone back
>You all remember the night of the IRL blood moon? That was a good night.
It was pretty cool how the series's composer uploaded the full version of the Blood Moon Waltz on that same night.
Anybody remember when Korra was actually on the air? You'd be trying to watch Green Lantern or Thundercats or Young Justice or whatever else was on on Saturday morning, and you'd get tumblrinas spamming the thread with WHENSKORRAWHENSKORRAWHENSKORRA and then they'd report the stream if you just told them fuck off.
>Bored in class but never seems to have bad grades, girl is way smart.
When did we ever see what grades Jackie got?
>And what is up with that seashell....
Apparently just aesthetic value, since Loli Jackie was wearing a ying yang symbol instead of a seashell.
>It's weird how people complained about no character development for her from day 1.
I think people are afraid of her just being Wendy (from Gravity Falls) 2.0
Oh good, you scoundrels sneaked in another thread before the weekend ended
I wanna nut in her ass
Leftover thread, yay!
>"The Whispering Spell"
I feel like that was a reference to "Castle in the Sky", by Miyazaki, where
Sheeta is thought at a very young age the self-distruct command of the flying city-fortress of Laputa.
It makes sense, to me: Mewni's Royal Magic Wand is such a powerful and dangerous instrument, that the most important thing the Butterflies have to be thought is how to DESTROY it, in case it may fall in the wrong hands.
It was the quickest thing I could think of to distinguish them without making overt Star/Marco clones.
Sorry anon, the blood moon only shined on Star and Marco.
It is alway bittersweet, when I open the browser in the morning, and see hundreds upon hundreds of interesting posts that I didn't get to read "live".
Which is funny, because I lurk so much, when I'm awake!…
I especially liked the reminiscences of the early SvE threads — which I missed as well, because I only discovered /sveg/ and SvtFoE (in this order) around "Freeze Day", if I remember correctly.
A brother can relate. Although I've watched the series since its release, I was afraid of joining anything fandom related. I finally gave up around the time of International Fieldtrip, after it went live so... I've been more of a hiatus roamer. But that makes more excited about season 2, because now we'll get to live an actual "live season".
Thank you. I like to imagine him maintaining that neutral expression while Spade has one of many temper tantrums.
(Was mostly just trying to not lazily re-skin Lady and Sol)
I think it was posted in the very first thread of the weekend, but I don't mind reposting the rough. Most completed material gets uploaded to the place that >>78657895 shared
Anon forgot the alternative ending
You've been around longer than me then.
I discovered the actual show way early tho, since pretty much it was announced because it was a cartoon about a magical girl, which is a weak spot for me because I grew with Sailor Moon
and Saint Seiyabut overtime I kinda started disliking anime, so a cartoon with that genre was so facinating to me, and I ended loving the show in the end.
But I didnt discover /sveg/ until around the Mewnipendance episode, so I've been longer in weekend /sveg/ than I was in the daily threads.
We both are hiatus roamers, it's gonna be so weird when the season starts and we have ACTUAL TOPICS to discuss!
I think I am yet to see a design from you where it feels you were cutting corners and just lazy, they are all always so creative and fun.
My "art" is so uncreative in comparison! and I get lazy ALL THE TIME!
Steven Universe is a good show
even if Season 2 took appropriately flawed characters and overblew their flaws into full blown borderline madness and cause for constant ANGST!
Ugh... I could talk for HOURS about everything wrong with the characters, but I wont!
GARNET IS FULL OF SHIT!
Welcome, Anon! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay here with us!
>Sailor Moon and Saint Seiya
I too loved those series! …Though, I must confess that I was already kinda old, when they came out
I'm SO fucking old!
Yeah, maybe the drama has reached kind of a high point, but I somewhat was expecting it: since the very beginning of the series, it felt like the character's quirks and behaviours were kind of the product of their past; so when later in the series that stuff gets in the open, it inevitably creates drama, IMHO. Garnet is too much "perfect" for her own good.
The main reason I even watched it was because some sites called it a magical girl parody before it aired, and I wondered how the hell an American cartoon would attempt to make fun of a genre most of its child audience wouldn't even be familiar with. Once I started watching it, it became obvious it wasn't that at all, and now I'm glad.
Can't really do too much with "TRANSFORMATION SEQUENCES TAKE A LONG TIME AMIRITE?"
I got one of my best friends into SU because I knew she would like it. She dragged another friend along and now they want to drag me in. But I can't tell them about SvtFoE because it's my guilty pleasure and it would destroy my reputation before them. What have I done...
But hey, at least you're a strong member in /sveg/ and not in
/sug. That's gotta be worth something.
I remember I watched the stream for Storm the Castle, but it was so laggy I didn't get to see the
huguntil anons posted the screencaps. The whole italian unicorn moment didn't lag, which makes me hate the joke even more... About SU, yeah. I thought the first season was "charming" to a certain extent, but now it feels they're "exploring" the characters just to make the series longer. And it turned out they weren't so interesting after all...
I'd say even with the pump up to 10 on the drama scale the show is still solid in all the important areas. There's a limited number of good cartoons so I find it best to try and look past weaknesses and focus on the positives. Just gotta believe in Steven, his character arc is really shaping up nicely as you'd hope from both the primary human and main character.
All that off-topic stuff aside, what a rollercoster this weekend has been, thread wise. Had some real standout stuff, from the heaps on Manna in the first, to the banishing of The Edge and AU discussions up the arse.
But I can't tell them about SvtFoE because it's my guilty pleasure and it would destroy my reputation before them.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm in the same boat in that regard
>Being embarrassed about SvtFoE in confront of SU
…B- but… SU has LITERAL toilet humor!
But seriously: I feel you. I's pretty much embarrassed of ALL of my hobbies and likes.
Oh, man. I such a fool. I saved the wrong pic with the wrong name, so I uploaded the wrong file. I meant pic related as the alternative ending.
SS and SM were huge here in my country, most people my age grew up with them, and theres also the ones that grew up with Dragon Ball which debuted here a bit after those.
Yeah I also thought it would be parody but I would liked it regardless, the characters are awesome and the show is just fun.
I still like SU quite a bit, I just have issues with it, specially season two... very BIG issues!
Also Steven is the best character in the show, he is the only character that, despite his short age, is not an immature little bitch about his problem and is the only thing that keeps every other character around it away from a mental breakdown. it's kinda comical when you think about it. You think the more mature characters would be helping him deal with the fact that her mom died because of him and that he is a hybrid abomination. but no, is usually steven the one that helps others recover emotionally.
Why are the crystal gems so immature and ignorant of earth if they have lived on it for over 3 millenia!?
Why Amethyst is somehow portrayed as "young and immature" if she is over 3000 years old!?
GARNET IS FULL OF SHIT!
Why THE FUCK do the gems look like teenagers in the flashbacks where Greg and Rose become a couple?! they are thousands of years old and theres pictures from way back in the past that show them in adult proportions! what? they just randomly decided to turn into teenagers for a few months!? it just reeks of bad writing "it's the past so they have to look younger!"
Why Pearl suddenly hates food when several times in season 1 she showed interest in eating?!
GARNET IS FULL OF SHIT!
Why amethyst has suddenly a complex for being short when she was shown to be able to regenerate in a taller body before!?
And why don't peridot just shapeshifts into a taller body when she needs something as simple as REACHING A BUTTON?!
GARNET IS FULL OF SHIT!
S-Sorry about that...
It's OK, Ama. Whenever you need to vent again, we'll be here.
One thing that would be actually amazing, is if Garnet became villainous. I kinda see the possibility, since her sense of persecution, her high power and stoicness seem to me like traits of an anti-villain in the making.
Hello there, new brother or sister. The edge was sharper some weeks ago, but it seems it hit a new low this week. It isn't like that all the time though, so I'm glad you "survived" the highs and lows.
It's not like SvtFoE is embarrasing in front of SU. It's just I make fun of them all the time for liking girly series. Well, my second friend has made SU an exception, but the first friend I got into it is a girl who likes plenty of girly stuff, and I tell her "you'll never be a real man if you continue watching that stuff". They shouldn't know... they must never know...
Only one friend knows, but she's from another country and chill about that. And to make matters worse, I'm a secretely a shipper of literally ANYTHING since I was like 4 years old. They must never know...
To commemorate the times when the edge ruled over our realm, I'm gonna post that one edgy Blar & Blarco story that even our late FV approved.
No prob anon
I hope to have it done before or by the next weekend at the earliest.
(Possibly coupled with the Sad alt via imgur)
Ah the Manna comic, thank the little Manna request for it ending on a happy note.
Yup, made sure to screencap it.
Aw gosh. Don't put yourself down so much though. Your stuff is adorable.
Ah there's the sorrow. This end may experience a lot of re-hauls since the requested good end takes priority and, I need to figure out how to twist Star's face into abject despair. Or something to that equal effect.
Ya, Sol basically wouldn't stop impeding River so the King punched a hole through him. Not knowing he wasn't a full robot, let alone the son of the earth family that was looking after Star.
>Not well versed in that series but is somewhat familiar with the witch concept, and its awesome visuals
>Wishes for the artistic multi-media talents to do a "Witch Star"
I'll give you a quick rundown.
In order for a magical girl to be a witch she has to experience great despair that her will just breaks and she just plunges into depression.Something that is easy to do to Star
A lot of those are rather legitimate issues, and the general generally doesn't do too great a job at bringing up and answering concerns like that in a roundabout manner. However, I may be able to offer some insight into some of them based on what I've seen discussed.
The big issue, that being the whole immaturity thing, is a legitimiate concern. However, that's primarily due to looking at it through the human perspective. With the inclusion of Peridot it's quite clear that even functional gems aren't too emotionally stable. This could be due in part to their very strict system that seems to be getting highlighted this week in the new episodes. To get back to the point at hand, they're an alien species that seem to have a relationship between mental acuity and physical form, so when they have a mother figure they look younger, when she passes on they're forced to accept that reality and it has an effect mentally and ipso facto physically. But more than likely it's just lack of foresight which is pretty common in these more 'lore' heavy cartoons, GF pulls the same thing at times, just hard to keep track of it all. Shapeshifting as a whole was a mistake, but if we go by what we can infer there's a certain body shape that a gem can continually generate, thus the normal body shape. This can be altered, but to what degree depends on the individual. Amethyst has shown an aptitude for it, and that it requires energy to mantain. Period has been shown to require limb enhances, which would suggest a lack of ability to shapeshift well.
Sorry for the off-topic but hey some peace of mind for a content creator here is a worthy cause.
Discovering that your dad (accidentally/unintentionally)murdered your best friend/possible lover, while on his way towards rescuing YOU would have that effect.
Thanks for the info/explanation anon.
>tfw your bro cousin loves Svtfoe and is also a Starco comrade
Feels good. His exact words are "I ship them hard"
Hiding shipping power levels is suffering, I just want cute stuff to happen; is that so wrong?
Witch Star and Magical Mystical Monk Marco, that'd be the shit. The diablo monk is a pretty perfect model for that too, all rules and order and PUNCHING.
Now Imagine if Tom was the one who killed Marco
>Magical Mystical Monk Marco
>Not Kamen Rider something
Son, I am dissapoint...
Besides, never forget pic related.
LOL, you're alright in my book, Anon!
I'm a secretely a shipper of literally ANYTHING since I was like 4 years old.
…How DARE you?! I would nev—…
>*thinks of his fics*
>*of three different continuitiies, two starts with
Marco and Star kissing, and the other with Marco touching Star's boobs*
H- holy sh—…
Guise, guise: am… am I… am I Starco?!
Not possible, Tom and Marco would get together and talk about Star until eventually realising their mutual respect and love they have for each other. This then forces Star into a panic as she is losing her friend and possible lover to someone else, so she tries to her Jackie to entice Marco but ends up falling in love with her.
I'm so sorry, it wont happen again!
Even if that's not even 1/10 of my problems with the show, which I still like believe it or not, oh god don't get me started on Connie and the way Fusion is portrayed...I am just a huge bitch when I have nitpicks about something. just never EVER ask me why I don't like Chrono Cross! now that one is more intense than a super nova! GARNET IS FULL OF SHIT!
Do you plan on finishing these?
They are so great I love to see them finished!
Anyway! sorry again, /sveg/!
I will try to get some sleep now, I will see you next weekend, love you all!
STUPID THEORY TIME!
Villains confirmed for making a return in season 2.
Ludo and his band of Miscreants
Tom, The Devil Boy from Heck
Lady Olga Got some Molda in her Bologna
Toffee [statement has been retracted]
What villains are you happy to see return, and which news ones are you wanting to see?
I remember being here when the first episode aired. I can indeed verify that the first threads were really rocky. Everybody hated ponyhead and Star's voice. I think a large amount of people ditched it there. the /SVEG/ that we have now, I should imagine is made up of the hardcore of people who saw it and liked it (or at least saw potential) and those that filed in in drips and drabs throughout the show's run.
It's kind of interesting to see how troubled this was at the start.
>Guise, guise: am… am I… am I Starco?!
You have always been. We all have always been. Just let it happen. Don't fight it.
After all I may be biased, but I think that Redeeming Princess is your best fic yet (still a 11 out of 10 among 10 out of 10s). Starco brings the best out of you!
So I'm half way through the season. Why Star can sometimes be cute, girly and reasonable but most of the time she acts like a selfish bitch? Seriously, I would punch her through the screen and give her black eye to teach her some respect for Marco and other people if it was possible. All she cares for is her enjoyment, she creates trouble and never takes anybody into account. Does she ever gets smarter or learns anything? I enjoy the show to some degree but most of the time Star is making me aggresive.
Thank you for the compliments, Anon!
It's funny: "Redeeming" was my first fic EVER: if indeed it was my best, it means I jumped the shark out right, LOL!
JK JK, I'm very glad you liked it so much!
It just fits too well anon, as impressive the mug men are, I think Marco fits the whole discipline and order motive of the monks.
Though the compromise is both in time eh.
No Folly, fight it. You must remain open, lest your talents for other characters be wasted on something so
cute and perfect. For serious though, everyone is a little Starco, it's impossible to deny that their chemistry isn't top tier in the cartoon world, but I like the idea of other pastures romance wise.
Till then Amarillo, hopefully the steven bomb will have less issues in it this time.
Pearls then Redeeming for maximum good taste.
Yeah it was hard when the main dynamic that holds the show together hadn't been established yet. That being Star and Marco's amazing friendship and chemistry. Once that set in it became a bit more stable. Though there was mad nitpicking in just about all the episodes.
She's flawed, both of them are. It's easy to sympathies with Marco early on as a result, and I think that issue you bring up does play a big part in the development of Star during the first season. Just focus on how they work together and how their characters develop as a result. I mean, I'm a huge fan of the show
and I flat out disliked Star as a person for the first third of the season, her trying her damnest to cheer up Marco brought me around to her and then I just tried to drop my negative bias
Yup, Though the sad end maybe the last one, which may cause its happier mirror some delay. Hope you have a good rest.(same for others that decide to turn in too eventually)
This weekend was a pretty wild and bumpy ride, but I gotta get some shut eye myself. See y'all next weekend.
I noticed that. It's monday morning and we're blowing through this thread.
She almost had a thread theme focusing on her, but AU discussion took over. Always a chance next weekend, but she's behind Sabrina in the waiting line.
Hell yeah, been here the whole time so I've read through em all, and re-read. Gotta feed the hiatus cravings.
Well...I'll be going home this weekend to my hometown so there might not be any story.
But ill try to make some for you if I have time
then normal Brittco
No promises tho
It's just that you particularly nailed Star's characterization in that fic. Not that your other works aren't 'in character', that's your strong point in my opinion (boner grading aside, maybe). And you started from an already high level, but I can see how you are improving. "At the last second" style is really flowing for a Groundhog day stile story.
Ma ora basta sviolinate, volevo solo chiarire la gaffe
>Brittney needs more love
That implies she was ever loved to begin with
Seconding what this anon said, almost a shame if, when the show starts up again, they don't adhere to the characterization you outlined.
I'm glad to hear my fics are helping you weather this long hiatus of ours.
Ma perché basta?! A me piacciono le sviolinate! LOL. Comunque non era un a vera gaffe, la tua: non ti preoccupare!
Rest well, anon! and thank you for all your awesome artworks every weekend. You are one of the many things that makes /sveg/ so awesome and makes me count the days for friday to come.
This weekend was very... special... let's leave it at that, I enjoyed it a lot, and this last thread was very enjoyable to me. Keep being awesome, /sveg/!
I pretty much resigned myself to the idea, actually: there's NO way they'd be even close to how I represented them, especially the least covered characters, like Hope and StarFan13.
The Folly-verse is its own thing.
Hear this anon >>78658809 and get your deserved rest, Amarillo! See you next weekend! Bye!
>Go to sleep late last thread
>Wake up now
>Read through all the stuff about /gfg/ having to go somewhere
Janna has always been a blast to write, for me: the one in "Princely Life" is kinda more abstracted, because "Interdimensional Field Trip" hadn't been aired yet — but since then, it's been kind of my favourite secondary character to insert in the stories.
Jackie is a weird beast to me, in the sense that I'd like to write more about her, and yet I think that the "mystery" around her is one of the narrative strength of the series — and that kind of inhibites me getting deeper into her characterization.
…And yet, I love suggesting some traits about her, like how close she is to Janna.
Exactly, I think you hit the nail on the head there in that having some unknowns about a character is a good thing. I think people underestimate how far what we do know can be used. I mean she seems confident, chilled out and adventurous. That's a good deal to go on, there's story somewhere that nails that element to her as it keeps it all simple.
I think she also works as a good human character who interacts and develops with Marco in a similar way to Star. In that they impart theirs confidence/chilled attitude onto this bundle of nerves and try to get him out of his comfort zone as they know he can do it. Star takes it to the extreme, whereas Jackie could be a much slower but stable example. That's why she works with Janna too, adventurous but willing to rain her in as she tries to do above what she's capable of.
And Janna is just a cool character, even the creators think so, as such I'm confident we'll get something good out of her; even if it doesn't quite match up in the ideal manner.
Yep, I guess that Star and Jackie have on Marco the polar opposite effect of Alfonzo and Ferguson: the two boys are more than fine with how Marco IS, while the girls spur him to get out of his comfort zone.
I'm not afraid of the season 2 invalidating my headcanon, or the AU I built up: I am a fan first and foremost, after all. And actually, I'm curious of seeing the original authors tackling these characters and subjects that we touched — and more, obviously.
Children of /sveg/, do not let despair to crawl into your hearts.
For anons will come, and anons will leave.
But the true /sveg/ will always remain.
The series run is no more,
yet we return every week-end.
We may hate it, and we may wish it away,
but it's the
hiatusthat gather us together,
craving for more, waiting for more.
We are here, we are waiting...
BEST thing to come out of those movies, by far.
Also, taking the opportunity to say: this monday-extension of /sveg/ has been a godsend, personally speaking. Across the weekend, I pretty much experienced a freaking crisis, and all of you contributed to help me get to the end of it.
Thanks guys: keep being awesome!
(I'm not going anywhere right now, though, even though I might get AFK in a while. I just wanted you to know.)
Not only this thread is alive, but for the last hours we pretty much burned the candle on both ends — so the bump limit is now scarily close.
But I guess this is both a curse and a blessing: time always flies when you have fun!
Weekend won't ever come too soon, but I guess that, at least for me, this week is starting on a very positive note.
…And you're among those to be thanked for it, RH!
Ah a simple, cheap, and helpful solution for this.
>Blindfold Syrian refugees
>tell them they're going to Germany
>drop them all off in Mexico
>cultural enriching starts
Marco would be honored if he was portrayed in the Syrian Army.
Are you going to draw it ;_;?
Perhaps a Syrian Penpal stays over and influences the family and teaches of allah (for blessed the name be) as well as the wonder of sharia law.
Now this could be made into a cringy fanfic that could be done by next weekends /sveg/ thread.
Will learn how to use gimp to create edits ForeverVirgin would be proud of. Allah be praised, /sveg/ will experience a flood of Islam never before seen next weekend.
This thread was the extra dose of Star Vs. that I needed. See you freaks next time!
Maybe she respects the traditions of Earthlings and bask in the use of drug paraphernalia.
Allah does not want anyone to use illegal narcotics, mkay kids?
He doesn't know what he's talking about
>What is Marco going to do to Star?
So honestly asking here, do you guys think the Marcobowl will happen?
I introduced my high school friends to anime outside of the big four. They returned the favour by recommending me Star vs.
Realistically speaking, I think Marco will sink, then Starco will be endgame.
Marco will pursue Jackie and we'll have a Jarco-sinking episode
Janna will be a wild card, most of Manna is speculation right now but the show writers are obviously hinting that she has a bit of a crush on him
Starco will be endgame
Depending on how many seasons Star vs. gets, Manna might be the ship lined up after Jarco
Although I find Manna so sweet I would not be upset to see an upset win for the thieving gypsy
