Somehow it's surreal that we're getting new Japanese Godzilla and Gamera movies soon. It's been so long.

There is this comic I just learned about called "Terrible Lizard", about a girl and his t-rex fighting monsters, that may count as kaiju even if the monsters are King Kong size.

Another somewhat recent kaiju comic is "Giant Monster" written by Steve Niles (known for 30 Days of Night).
