Set post-Big Picture Show, numerous people around Peach Creek, including the Eds, are struck by the Stand Arrow, which has mysteriously resurfaced because reasons. Jotaro and Josuke, catching word of this via the Speedwagon Foundation, come to Peach Creek and help the Eds harness their newly acquired Stand abilities.

After several encounters with Stand users such as Jonny (Whose Stand, Hot Apple Pie, can control wood), Victor (Whose Stand, Dragonforce, causes him to reach Mach 1 speeds), and Sarah (Whose Stand, The Beetles, can turn colors on objects into nature based events (Blue means a flood, red means fire, green means an overgrowth of plants, etc.)), they find out that Eddy's Brother is the Stand Arrow's owner and had used it on Peach Creek for revenge. After a lengthy fight against him and his Stand, The Who (Which can melt objects based on their inner composition), Eddy's Brother is defeated, and the Stand Arrow is once again destroyed.

The Eds are offered positions in the Speedwagon Foundation, to which they accept. As all this happens, Nazz finds herself having conflicted feelings over Josuke and eventually confesses to him, but is turned down.

That sounded too fanficy it hurts.

Last /co/ was Rat Queens issue #14.

And last /a/ just happened to be this manga I randomly found called Himekishi ga Classmate, which is about this teen who was killed in a bus accident, but wasn't meant to die at that time, so he was whisked away to a fantasy world and given a super special power called Slavemancy, which he uses to enslave and rape women. His "fluids" reinforces the domination.

So, I guess the main rapist dude from Himekishi and Hannah get together. He ends up putting the whammy on her and rapes her while she swears to take revenge, meanwhile, the rest of the Rat Queens and Hannah's beau try to figure out a way to rescue her.

The overall villain will be the Administrator, which is the mysterious being who gave the main character in Himekishi his power to begin with.

I'm thinking something like a reverse City of the Damned, where the Hero Association uses reverse-engineered tech from an alien villain to create a time travel machine and Fubuki convinces them to let her and the Blizzards be the first test subjects. They travel to the future and end up in Mega-City One, where after a quick standoff with the judges they're locked in under suspicion of being illegal psychics or unregistered mutants, but then the same aliens as before come knocking and they are allowed to assist. Then it turns out the aliens' tech wasn't time-based: it was dimensional-based. So Fubuki and co, as reward for helping out, are granted special dispensation to use Justice Dept's dimensional jumps to return home.
And there's gonna be at least one long sequence of Fubuki and Hershey fighting together.

The remaining heroes of Operation Justice Incarnate realize that nothing from inside the DC multiverse can stop the Gentry, but since the Gentry were able to come from somewhere outside the DC multiverse, they might be able to bring something from the outside to help them.

Of course, they can't be sure whatever is out there is interested in helping them or that it isn't a worst threat than the Gentry itself. Thankfully, someone had already thought of that...

One of the 7 universes created by the Inner Chamber of Monitor Magi is a sort of Mangaverse ripoff where Superman is UFO Hero Superman, piloted by the teenager Clark Kentô, Wonder Woman is Bishoujo Muse Diana, a young girl given magical powers by the Greek Muses and Batman is Masked Knight BATOMAN, etc.. Before this universe's version of Power Girl was able to arrive on Earth, the Monitors took her ship and sent it outside the DC multiverse and into another Multiverse. There, she crash landed on the castle of not!Astro-Boy, who rules this Multiverse as a benelovent Eternal Robotic Emperor. Since, as a robot, not!Astro couldn't have children, he decided to take care of this PG and raise her as his daughter with the help of his Court (which is composed of a bunch of Earth 7/8 level knock off of popular manga characters). He also ordered his best scientists and magi to research where this PG had come from, which lead them to discover the DC multiverse, the Earth PG has come from and now the Gentry.

After becoming aware of the threat the Gentry pose to this amusing multiverse that had given him his daughter, not!Astro decides to summon a meeting with the leaders of several non-DC multiverse (those being knock off several non-DC sides of the comics industry English, French, Belgic, Italian, etc.). They seem not interested, but not!Astro pleads and begs them until they decide to form an army to to defeat the Gentry before they come after them next.

One Punch Man and The Amazing World of Gumball.

...Oddly, I can totally see Saitama totally blending in with the rest of the Gumball cast, despite how stupidly powerful he is. He'd probably be seen in the background shopping and such, or maybe lifting huge objects to search for change and no one except the audience would care. Might be involved in a short where he's rushing off to the market, because it's 20-50% off some food item that day, and he's constantly stopped by mundane things that he can't immediately solve with his super strength (well, he could, but he's too damned nice to be a dick), and the episode ends with him making it just in time for the place to close, or making barely making it, but somehow inadvertently leaving a trail of destruction behind him, and being told to clean up his mess. Cue pic related.

As for romance? Dunno, but I'd most likely have to bring in the rest of the Hero Association as well, and I'm just can't think of anything.

The villain would probably be paperwork, no doubt.
