No, this is something else. Her character morphed into a more watered down version of her former self. Instead of a heartless pretentious mastermind, she's a nice sister who's pretty smart.
I disagree, i think this much less of a cliche character, Anais is like a convination of a smart older sister, with a lot of the quirks of a todler mixed in, something that, for me, is quite the next mix

Shit, all those mistakes that I didn't even read, god I'm so fucking sleepy.
>I disagree, i think she is much less of a cliché character now, Anais is like a combination of a smart older sister, with a lot of the quirks of a toddler mixed in, something that, for me, is quite the neat mix.
I think what helps is that she is having more interaction with Richard, seeing as he's the stay home parent, instead of spending most time with Nicole, which a lot of people projected as her being the favorite child
Justin.TV is going out of business and with them all their streamers, LP'ers, and recorded content.
millions of hours of content and subscriptions to channels went away overnight.
>am I the only one who thinks the first season was comfy as fuck to watch?
the structure of the episodes left a lot more room for background porn for sure. There were a lot of fresh settings they never used again and Elmore looked much more like a small town.
No, this isn't the place to call for the best car insurance rates in town.
I ask this ever so often in Gumball threads, out of curiosity, but did they ever show the nut girl under her shell? Or is that yet again a promised episode that no one knows the airing date of?
Nicole caught red-handed with a wiener and a sack of cash
The poster is saying that Anais started out as the smart guy/conscience/only sane one in the family, but she has become a lot more "whatever, go with it" and self-acceptingly off-kilter like the rest of the Watersons.
They're not going out of business, they're just refocusing on Twitch, which makes them a lot more money.
It's a pretty weird case, as Twitch started as a spinoff of Justin.TV, and now it's killed the main site.
she's more or less into that, really.
she adores her family because it's her biggest accomplishment and she's a pathological workaholic and control freak, in reality she knows Richard is little more than dead weight but she would feel extremely vulnerable if he wasn't also utterly dependant on her too, but she also acknowledges this is an unhealthy relationship and tries to raise her children to be as independent as possible, often failing to find balance and going either completely overboard or pampering them.
she's a pretty fucking complex character.
A better question would be "Why would Richard settle for Nicole?"
>cruel self-serving bitch
>body of a 12-year-old boy
>feminine grace of a clumsy snail
>subtlety of a gun
>never spends time with her family
>has no concept of love or romance
Because even though she puts on airs, she's just a nice girl.
Gumball and Darwin, which is good since they're the main characters.
3 is turning out great so far.
>that scene where Gumball accurately predicts how the episode will end and decides they shouldn't even bother with the episode's problem
I also like The Castle, mostly for what happens in the last 30 seconds or so.
I'm not into shipping, but I guess Gumball and Penny.
Wait so this IS the general? how am I supposed to find it if we don't link to the previous thread? I mean I know we dropped putting general in the title because a lot of people in the thread think it's bad, but how else am I supposed to know?
No I just happened to be stumbling through several threads and I came to this one expecting there to be discussion about flanderization and the likes but there doesn't seem to be much so.........
Yeah. Season 2 did this to a lot of characters. It's why season 2 is generally just regarded as better. They took most of what was just annoying about the show originally and decided to fuck all continuity and change it all completely for the better.
Sept for Richard. He's as bad as ever.
Waifu fags aside, Rachel was pretty shit.
>Didn't even make sense she was at their school when she said she was a high schooler
>Just a bitchy rich girl stereotype
>Throws party, complains it's not wild enough then complains when it's wild
>Implying she does
She's just direct and doesn't take shit from people. She can't help being a big scary powerful dinosaur. If she acted like she did and was, say, a blushing chibi little lizard, you'd never think she was a bully.
Richard is consistently okay. Not the best character, but he's tolerable and fun sometimes.
Richard was the best part of that episode, though. That episode was bad because Gumball and Nicole were being little shits.
I'm not sure if we were talking about worse as a person or worse as a character. Rachel is just so incredibly bland, she feels like she's from another show. Actually glad she just got up and removed from existence. Tobias is actually fun when used like that, all Rachel served to do her one episode was turn the show into a pre-teen drama. However, I forgot about Clayton and I change my vote to him.
Andy Warhol Ostensibly Generates is every thread. He wanted to be a machine that copies popular media and puts dicks everywhere, and now we collectively live that dream for him.
>Gumball and Darwin
>The Phone? The Sweaters? Not sure
>Darwin and Carrie
>tfw not EST timezone masterrace
New episode when?
Richard seems a lot more responsible in S3 so far.
There's more love towards with him and the kids and does some chores like making breakfast for the family and stuff.
So I guess he's more of a house husband at the moment.
I guess she really loves whipped cream.
I agree totally. She was tied with Richard for my least favorite character. All she did was bitch and moan and spout moralistic condescending blather. Now she's much chiller and more fun.
Gumball/Darwin when they're in bro mode.
2, but 3 could change that.
1, The Dress
2, The Pony
3, The Fan
For realsies, Gumball/Penny, for sick fan art
see my answer to the first question
that's the official date, not the date their life represent. Look at their TV, their fridge, their car, their school. Even if you take in account the comedic poverty they are nowhere near in the 2000's there.
It's open to interpretation I guess. Just like when you start to count time in long running cartoons and notice there's more than a year of plot going beween 2 christmas special.
>It might hide us from the lurking janitor.
Gumball and Leslie
The flower and The Vacation
GumballxPenny and GumballxNicole for Lewd reasons
Shame we don't see Sarah interacting with other girls
having them being cute together is more than enough
Where did she go wrong raising that boy?
I feel like I'm the only one who thinks S1 is the best and S3 is the worst.
If S3 keeps giving us mediocre episodes, I might say it's the worst season, but it's too early for that.
>It's just a fun pairing for me.
Ok, crack pairings VS:
He's just trying to convince himself otherwise. Remember the Microwave? >>64385169 this scene? He knows deep down what his future is. So far the only times he's been able to achieve things is when his family or Penny is in danger, and cook well in school. He's grade-A mom material.
>Well, I guess sometimes life is just full of surprise
Here's S3 so far.
Top tier episodes
Bretty good tier episodes
Meh tier episodes
Absolute shit tier episodes
Based from muh opinions and /co/'s opinions.
I don't know. Maybe it's just personal cringe that the main character gets embarrassed for the majority of the episode by his mom, who in turn, was just trying to help.
THe ending made the whole thing good though
> that season's animation was terrible.
right, moire unique facial expressions, different camera angles, and more inbetweens is worse than the family guy tier stuff in the newer episodes
