I'd like a serie of episode that focus on how they joined the mercenary business and how their first mission together went.

Medic falls ill and the gang needs to figure out how to heal him by themselves - but the medigun has gone missing!

Heavy stays by Medic's side and tells him story of his homeland, and organises an IV drip of liquid sandvich.

Engineer and Spy try to figure out the Medic's designs to build a new medigun.

Demoman, Soldier and Scout drink beer while watching the security tapes to figure out what happened.

Eventually a new medigun is built, and it looks sort of haphazard, but also differently designed. The Heavy is about to use it on the Medic, but a rocket suddenly blows his hands off - a rocket fired by the Soldier!

The medigun hits the floor, but it fires a beam which reflects off of several surfaces, passes through a scope and hits the Sniper, who has been watching the perimeter the whole time. He promptly falls into a coma.

The monitor guys reveal that the tapes showed that the night before, Demoman and Sniper were drunk and stumbling around, before Demoman saw this haphazard medigun and decided to play Medic. He shot the medic, who immediately came up with blotches on his skin, and the two scattered, dropping the medigun which shattered into a lot of pieces.

After stealing the other team's medigun, the team heal Sniper and Medic, who reveals that he had been trying to create an offensive medigun which gave every disease he'd healed with it to whoever he shot it at with.

After years of service, Scout dies on the battlefield, only to find that he is immediately regenerated in the spawn room. This leads to an existential crisis. Is he Scout, or a copy of Scout? Does this only apply to occupational hazards, or any methods of death? Is this power a blessing or a curse? Will it last forever, or just so long as he's employed? In the end, Scout goes nuts and floods the desert with neurotoxin, which proves to be pointless as everyone just respawns in the supply room. The episode ends with the Spy making a phone call to Gabe Newell with a video game pitch, but he's replaced Scout with a sexy robot lady.

Soldier goes through his 3rd mid-life crisis and purchases and expensive motorcycle. His increased mobility is beneficial to the team, however when he becomes too obsessed with his steed it puts the rest of the mercs in fear for their life.

The Heavy tries to hide his secret affinity for ponies from the other soldiers. The twist is that he hasn't seen a woman for so long that he's physically attracted to cartoon ponies. Guess what he uses the Balloonicorn for?

Engineer, Soldier, and Pyro build a tree fort. Sniper feels jealous because they won't let him use it for sniping.

Heavy is all out of sandvichs and dalokahs bars, but he really doesn't want to go grocery shopping. He convinces Soldier to go shopping for him but ends up buying thousands and thousands of hats instead.

Scout is angry that the Medic always ubers the Heavy and not him. Scout steals Spys disguise to impersonate Heavy on the battlefield and hog all the ubers, which angers the rest of the team.

Engie is hosting the annual Red team barbeque, but his grill has broken. In order to save the barbeque, the team must steal the Blu team's grill from the other side of 2fort.

Demo decides to quit drinking after nearly blowing up Red base while drunk. Find it hard to cope without drinking, he ends up getting hooked on Bonk that he took from Scout.

The rest of the team threaten to kick Sniper out of the team unless he stops leaving his Jarate bottles all over the base.

Spy leaves for whatever reason (Date with Scout's mom, secret mission, whatever) One person (Let's say scout) puts on one of Spy's masks. A second member (Heavy) finds out, and tries one on as well. Soon, everyone is wearing different masks, confusing the hell out of Spy when he returns.

Engineer tries to build multiple different designs for the Sentry Gun. However, each new gun proves detrimental to each of his teammates in someway.

engie builds a special sentry / combines all of his buildings to form a sentient robot, maybe to try and counteract grey mann co's robots. said robots becomes self aware and goes berserk. the mercs have to figure out a way to stop its rampage before it destroys...a lot of things.

end with robot exploding, much to engineer's sadness.

Pyro find an injured baby bird and try to heal it himself. Soldier find out and help him out because he's convinced the birdy will grow into a majestic eagle.

He acts calm about it while the rest of the team tries too buy it off of him, leading up too a eventual climax where something happens too it (Demoman got booze on it, Spy flicked a cigarette on it, ect.) and the thing that happened too the hat makes Pyro see it as a animal who needs rainbows too live in his pyrovision world, and pyro sets the hat on fire in the real world, while the pyrovision world has the animal enjoying it. Pyro walks off while the rest of the team looks on with shock and tears. The episode ends with Scout opening up a crate too find a unusual hat, as the remaining team members look at him with dollar signs in their eyes.

The red vs blue struggle is all a fabrication. The Mercs are all clones of the best people in each respective job in the world. They fight real battles and die to gather data to develop new weapons and strategies for some looming threat. Hats are mental uplink devices that allow the mercs to remember everything from previous lives. Yet not deal with the fact they die in the hundreds of thousands of times per week. Grey robot army is a competing defense idea. Saxton Hale is a defense contractor who took his own super solider serum. Side effects being that it made him forget about the serum and now he thinks he is Australian.

A 4th of July episode with the 2 Soldiers putting aside their differences too celebrate 4th of July. The get their teams in on it while sharing weird traditions, like having a American flag be wrapped around in a cone and decorated with other american flags, while they have a night-long fire by using the flags of every other country, playing "Pin the tail on the spinning bottled up Osama Bin Laden" and recounting stories of how Bill Clinton and Abraham Lincoln teamed up against Hitler and Kim Jong Un's robotic mermaid army with mecha battlebots made from the White House's own walls and floors, all while waiting for the ghost of George Washington too come and give them firecrackers and american apple pie. Surprisingly, the first people too get fed up with this are the ENGIES, and as they walks off, they see the ghost of George Washington rise from the ground, as the excited Soldiers greets him, while the rest of the team looks at this with a dumbstruck expression.

Another hat episode I think could work would probably be that someone on the team is stealing hats, and it turns out too be [/spoiler]Soldier, who claims that the ghost of Belgium Ben Franklin requested him too make a gigantic American flag out of the hats. The team is actually awed by this, and let it slide. As they all leave, the Soldier is laughing before softly smirking. The last words of the episode are, "Nobody suspects a damn thing..."[/spoiler]
