Nobody likes Tone?

Nope
Someone shitposted with this earlier
DC digitally restored this poster, that's cool.

I miss the JSA

That's pretty awesome that they were able to dig that up. And its existence goes against the perception many millennials have that America of the 60's and 70's was bigoted as fuck.
>>94927382
Okay supes, but you're holding that kid's face wayyy to close to your crotch.
>Do-gooder attitude
>Secret identity
>clearly defined rogue's gallery
>powers confirmed to be superior to and distinct from most in his setting
>Has a particular outfit he wears when do-gooding
I'd say He-man is pretty solidly a superhero, at least as far as the cartoons go
>>94926514
He's a faggot is what he is.

He-Man is the straightest shit to ever exist!
Marvel put way too many caption on the art.
Captions are rarely necessary, and communication through visuals or dialogue is almost universally better
Was larry "two gun" hama wrong about anything?
>motherfucking Ninjas.
>Comics as a medium needs to be about visual storytelling.
>Betting on Chrisopher Priest.
>The role of the millitary in protecting human freedom, and in democracies.
Artists tend to feel that comics should be movie storyboards, and writers feel that they're novels with accompanying illustrations. But the best comics tend to either be extremely close collaboration between artist and writer (Alan Moore with Dave Gibbons) or writer/artist combos (Frank Miller andJohn Byrne) who can understand when narration fits and when the art needs to speak for itself.
I was surprised to see Hama credited for breakdowns in Deathstroke
Only with something more than just Scooby Doo remakes. Maybe a talking shark, or a dune buggy,
More meddling kids can stop some aliens that is really mean old Mr Whithers.
They were all just rip-offs of Scooby-Doo, anyway, and the fad has long passed. Honestly, it's surprising that Scooby-Doo is still around when it wasn't anything particularly special itself.
>>94927073
Didn't it almost die and than Zombie Island saved it?
I'm still not sure how that's still around myself. My kid brother had like 10 of those fucking movies.
It seems to be a franchise that seems to make mediocre works at almost totally consistent rate. Pup named scoobey doo and Zombie Island stand out as the only works which are particular ally good or particularly bad. Everything else they ever made is meh.
>>94927155
Scooby stuck around because it was an iconic Hanna Barbera series.
The genre died back in the early 80's but the whole thing was based on the Monkeys tv show a lot earlier.
What could Marvel have done differently in order for the Inhumans push to not crash and burn?
>>94922998
Nothing. The Inhumans weren't made to be "pushed", they were always supporting characters at best.
>>94922998
Not being little bitches and kept the Xmen as they were instead of getting buttblasted about Fox
>>94922998
Keeping them far away from the X men?
Guys I have proof the Mandela Effect is real. I found evidence that it used to be Gabriel and not Garfield.
>>94920305
>>94920305
There was alternates for the whole show.
>>94920315
The fuck is that supposed to be? The food.
Careful /co/, your S'more is burning.
>>94918352
>she's a good mom
No she isn't, Morty.
>>94918352
Sisterfags are the worst
>WOW YOU DIDN'T WORSHIP MY PRECIOUS PRINCESS SISTER! FUCKING DIE!
>>94918460
It's what he tells himself to get through the day. Also mutating people that mildly irritate him. Temporarily. Allegedly.
The west randomly decides to write a show with an overarching narrative and cool powers and instantly eclipses ~99% of Japanese animation.
Just think of the quality shows the west could produce if they actually tried. Sadly they're gonna keep showing down shallow episodic comedies down our throats.
>>94917782
Overarching storylines are kind of thing in new shows though, to the point where /co/ keeps complaining about modern cartoons being too into the DEEP LORE and not just being episodic comedies like the 90's/early-2000's cartoons
>>94917842
>to the point where /co/ keeps complaining about modern cartoons being too into the DEEP LORE and not just being episodic comedies like the 90's/early-2000's cartoons
lol who the fuck wants boring ass comedy
>>94917782
I'm afraid you're quite misguided, OP.
Sad as it may be, the early 2000s level of talent is long gone from the Western animation industry.

>next film won't feature a child protagonist
>next film will explore adulthood instead of childhood
>no sequels because sequels are the cancer killing movies as a storytelling medium
What would you next like to see from the studio that is the hero modern animation deserves?
>>94916112
Paranorman 2
>>94916112
I'd kinda like to see maybe how they'd do a western.
>>94916281
Kek
Why didn't it actually happen!?
>>94915837
The show clearly shipped BB with Terra.
>>94915853
Am I the only one who really didn't like Terra in that show? I mean, before she did all the "I'm betraying you!" stuff? She always annoyed the shit outta me.
>>94915837
Because it's a shit pairing and only shit people like it.
Like you, you filthy splash of cow diarrhea.
How did Stan, an uber conservative fall for Francine?
>>94914181
he doesn't love her. she's just a trophy wife. stan only does things to fit societal norms at the moment. he has no convictions other than his irrational idealism. idealism is a hallmark trait of right wingers. read "Materialism and Empirio-Criticism" by Lenin
Love doesn't care about politics. You can think the person you love is wrong or stupid but still love them for other things.

>Invader Zim #25
>November 8, 2017
>The climactic battle begins! Wait, no… ZIM’s been captured, so… THE CLIMACTIC BEING-CAPTURED BEGINS! Now a prisoner of VIROOZ, ZIM has a lot to answer for. Questions so burning, we wouldn’t think of spoiling them here. But now ZIM must fight for his life on a barren world against an enemy who’s really, really disappointed in him. Part four of a four-part story!
Will you miss it, /co/?
holy shit, it's still going on?
>>94913235
>But now ZIM must fight for his life on a barren world against an enemy who’s really, really disappointed in him
Huh, interesting.
>>94913235
>against an enemy who’s really, really disappointed in him.
Jinora or Ikki?
Jinora. I love bookish girls.
Ikki is the kind of girl who would never shut the fuck up. Truly the worst kind of girl.
>>94912228
Good luck having a nonexistent sex life.
As in as daughters right?
Because dude, they're kids
Do you side with or against Superman here?
>>94912136
Superman for the most. At some point enough is enough. Than again my favorite heroes don't have that problem.
I've sided with Superman through the entire Injustice story
He made the world safer and only killed people who picked a fight with him first
>>94912136
Superman
Joker needed to die, especially in the Injustice universe
