No, because propaganda implies it was created by the government to promote itself, whereas almost all superheroes were created by people unaffiliated with the government.

Times they've appeared to be, such as characters battling in WWII or fighting communists or other US enemies, it's usually because of a) the creator's own frustration with these enemies or feelings of patriotism or b) pressure from outside to promote these feelings in order to distance oneself from those enemies or for financial reasons.

And as for highlights it's pretty much all been solid. King of the Monsters was probably worst and even THAT was passable.

Greg was manly when Steven was an adventure lad rising to responsibility.
But when the writers made Steven a cross-dressing cuck stunted in both physically and mental maturity, it impacted Greg's character by not having the father intervene.

The whole point is that he can't interfere with Steven's birthright, yet when the Crystal Gem's aren't being useless they're training Connie in combat more than Steven. Since Steven is 14 yet still acts like a little kid his education is concerning as well.

Also not telling your son about his immediate family or his actual last name is pathetic. Fine, something happened and you're estranged. But they don't even know you have a fucking kid? They're not allowed to send him 20 bucks and a b-day card every year? That's "massive lawsuits over property after a rich grandparent died" bad blood, not "we just kinda drifted apart lol".

Anyway, one thing I'm still unclear about is whether Lotor or Haggar is in charge of Operation Kuron. Haggar was the one experimenting on Shiro and talking about making him into a perfect weapon, but episode 6 implies Lotor is able to spy on the team through Kuron's eyes after he joins the team. On the other hand, Haggar and Lotor clearly aren't getting along, so it's unlikely that both of them are working together on Kuron.

It seems like Lotor seems to have noticed a shakeup on the team which goes beyond Keith just being a shitty pilot. Maybe he's had his hands in the Kuron project since Seasons 1 and 2, was using Season 1/2 Shiro to take Zarkon down for him and feeding him memories to make the job easier, and the disappearance of Shiro at the end of Season 2 meant he lost his team spy, but it didn't impact his strategies until after he was recalled from exile.

Of course the other alternative to all of this is that Lotor has nothing to do with Operation Kuron at all and is really just that much of a genius Mary Sue strategist and can see through literally everyone's keikaku. But that's no fun at all.

No. She lost those years ago and had Sunfire's powers for a bit. Then she lost those and just had her normal absorbing powers. Then she gained full control over those where she could touch people without hurting them. Now and has Wonderman's powers after his soul went into her I think.
