Post your reaction when the season 3 trailer drops and we see Star and Marco actually kiss.

Ok now they're just shitposting
>>91262952
Soon as in dropping soon or like OP just wants it to be soon?
So hasn't the last episode basically confirmed that any character development that Rick (and pretty much any character in the show) supposedly had is null since the writers only care about what's funny and improvise?
Kinda ruins the "impact" of pic related which was hailed by Redditors everywhere as the darkest thing they've ever seen on television, or even the act or Ricks humility at the end of season 2, since it was revealed that he had planned to get himself caught in the first place.
Also I find it weird that Rick constantly acknowledges that he's just a character in a television show but he still acts depressed as if he has real problems. You can't constantly break the fourth wall while also trying to have the audience relate to the character. It doesn't work.
>>91262490
He only breaks the fourth character every first episode of a season it seems.
And yeah, I don't really like that Rick's character development resets itself, or how most of the serious plots in Rick and Morty reset themselves. We still don't know what is going on with Evil Morty because that was swept under the rug in Season 2.
>>91262490
This episode isn't canon.
the writers probably realized that wrapping up character's problems wouldn't be good for the longevity of the series.
Aku's most common thing is that whenever he is about to be defeated by Jack, he just turns into a bird or a rodent and flies away : how will Jack finally either ground Aku or catch up to Aku?
Fight him in a cave, just like their first fight. One way in. One way out. One foolish samurai in between rodent Aku and freedom
Become more accurate with throwing his sword the way his father did to seal Aku and also not hesitate so much the way he did in their first fight (holding his sword over Aku preparing to stab him for about 30 seconds)

Just learn how to FUCKING
THROW
THE
SWORD
GOOD
You know, that shit your dad did that WORKED? Fuck Jack is a retard.
>Prof. Manta
>A being composed of nothing but spite, hatred and pettiness
>Vandal Luthor
>An immortal caveman whose trillion dollar megacorporation whose existence stretches back to pre-Egyptian times, has been moved out of the spotlight by the arrival of the Super-Martian
>The Joker
>On his first day on the job, Bruce Wayne knocks his mentor, Thaal Sinestro, in a vat of chemicals that erases his prior mind and memories and drives him horribly sane while also deforming his appearance and giving him a horrible rictus grin. His every moment is now driven towards destroying and corrupting the law and order that his former friend seeks to instill
I can't think of anyone for Black Arrow or Wonder Hawk
Wouldn't Scarecrow be a more thematic match with Sinestro? Since they both have the whole fear theme, I mean?
Also, Martian Manhunter's rogues gallery is so shitty that you have to steal from Alan Scott?
>>91260815
Why is he still batman if hes a green laturn?
Aquaflash makes no damn sense.
>>91260991
>Why is he still batman if hes a green laturn?
Whey wouldn't he be? Lots of green lanterns add personal flourishes to the uniform, even in the regular universe.
>Aquaflash makes no damn sense.
Aquaflash is actually one of the easier ones. He's an Atlantean king who was struck by lighting while swimming through a chemical spill.
Is there any cartoon series that matches this?
Rick and Morty
>>91260268
Nope.
>>91260268
Nope. The last airbender is the closest that comes to mind but Cowboy Bebop was far darker and more adult.
Who is this movie even for?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The existence of this movie really made me think what is life anymore.
Punisher suddenly wakes up in Bruce Wayne's Body, what happens?
The mayor of Gotham cuts a deal for reduced sentence with Mr. Freeze for cold storage of all the resulting dead criminal bodies.
Robin, or robins get extra whiny.
>>91259433
Pretty much exactly what you posted, except Batman doesn't stop him.
>>91259433
Considering BvS Batman is pretty much like that and he still seems to have a Rogues gallery, I'd say not much.
Is he the only Disney "Villain" that did absolutely nothing wrong?
>did absolutely nothing wrong
He killed Harambe
>>91256901
No, the one from Bambi is
>killing gorillas
>not wrong
I mean, for the era, maybe not. But if murder is legal in a the paleolithic that doesn't make it not bad.
why

I'm sorry anon, but /cock/ isn't still happening.

I'm more intrigued in finding out whose shield is that.
Spider-Man 2 is the best superhero movie of all time.
>>91255662
It gets better an better with all the shitty news coming out of Homecoming.
I wish the studio let Raimi do what he wanted for SM3 instead of shoving Venom in there
Fuck, you're right. Why are you right?

Has anyone ever heard of this pitch Mark Waid, Mark Millar, Tom Peyer, and Grant Morrison made for a new Superman series?
https://sites.google.com/site/deepspacetransmissions/Resources/superman-2000-proposal
>THE PITCH
Historical record tells us that every fifteen years or so, Superman is re-imagined to address the wants and needs of a new generation. Fifteen years ago, John Byrne recreated Superman from the ground up. Fifteen years prior to that, Julie Schwartz and Denny O’Neil engineered the biggest shakeup since Mort Weisinger began bringing in all his familiar lore fifteen years previous.
That fifteen year cycle is upon us again. With all due deference and heartfelt thanks to the creators of all the fine work done since the Byrne revamp, it seems that many of the social trends and historical currents which made those comics so appropriate and so successful in the ‘80s and early ‘90s have now been replaced by newer, different trends and currents. Sadly, sales would seem to reflect our contention that new times demand fresh approaches.
We believe that the four of us understand the new face of Superman: a forward-looking, intelligent, enthusiastic hero retooled to address the challenges of the next thousand years. The ultimate American icon revitalized for the new millennium as an aspirational figure, a role model for 21st Century global humanity.
The Superman relaunch we’re selling bucks the trend of sweeping aside the work done by those who came immediately before. Unlike the "cosmic reset" revamps all too prevalent in current comics, our New Superman approach is an honest attempt to synthesize the best of all previous eras. Our intention is to honor each of Superman’s various interpretations and to use internal story logic as our launching pad for a re-imagined, streamlined 21st century Man of Steel. The "cosmic reset" notion has been replaced by a policy of "include and transcend" with regard to past continuity.

Would have been cool to see.
I wonder whats in those Mark Millar Notebooks.
Grant's All Star Superman is great though his reboot superman wasn't all that hot
>>91254988
>that filename
That's from Wizard's Ultimate DC article, it has nothing to do with this pitch.
>>91254988
Yeah, it was an interesting pitch but I think the stuff we got ended up being better.
It also sounded like they initially planned to do something similar to what OMD did to Spider-Man (though keep in mind, at the time they pitched, Superman was only married to Lois for about three years) and then changed their minds because they felt like it meant the villains won.
But if this pitch had gone through it would've drastically changed comics history, because it was its rejection that eventually led Morrison and Millar to Marvel (and also Waid to Crossgen). Without Morrison or Millar at Marvel I can't think of who would've done Ultimate X-Men or New X-Men or Ultimates in their place.
On top of that with all the stuff they planned for this run that would mean there might not have been Birthright or All Star Superman or 52. For that matter DC's direction might've been different if those four were in charge.
