So the Goon movie Kickstarter just sent out the first update in a while;
>You may have heard a lot of ZOMBIE CRICKETS chirping around the kickstarter page these past few months Goon backers.... but rest assured the battle to bring everyone's favorite ham-fisted zombie smasher to the big screen CONTINUES and recently our efforts took an exciting step FORWARD. While we can't release specific details, plans are firming up inside Hollywood to put THE GOON on the road to becoming an animated feature-film reality. This exciting opportunity was made possible in large part to the STORY REEL your donation dollars funded.
>It's not time to line up outside your neighborhood box office just yet, but know we're doing everything we can to reward your patience and support with the GOON MOVIE the world deserves...
>THANK YOU. Much more to come...
Thoughts? Will this become /co/'s DNF?

HELP
Hey guys, I had been interested in trying to find some comics that are similar to this or the HunggryGames, is there something similar to this?
And no, I obviously know of the shitfest that was Avengers Arena, that's why I need something that can make me forget about that painful comic.
So general survival comics, or only when it's presented in a game format?
>>91355316
Maybe both?
I mean, I'm sure it's obvious I wouldn't prefer that much those comics with plenty of characters, like48 or 36 or 24 characters,or neither those books with crossover shit, but something good.
I know this was just a thread for the HUNGER GAMES general, but bumping for casual interest.
It has come to my attention that there is a surplus of troqlovers on this board. Those filthy troqs are crossing the atmospheric border ILLEGALLY and stealing the jobs from hard-working AMERICAN superheroes. Those orange-skin niggers need to fuck off back to Tamaran.
>>91355079
Fuck off, you're an undocumented extra terrestrial yourself, you silver plated shit.
>>91355079
>American
Earthican, you shitlord

When it´s going to be the next batch of episodes?
Next full moon, unless they fuck up like last time and it's actually 2 months.
Just gonna wait for the tiny exquisite feet guy.

http://www.awn.com/news/academy-upsets-oscar-voting-rules-best-animated-feature?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook
>“Invitations to join the nominating committee will be sent to all active Academy members, rather than a select craft-based group. Voting in the nominations round will now be preferential instead of based on a numerical scoring system. Members participating on the nominating committee may view films in their theatrical runs or at other screenings, through the Academy’s streaming site or on DVDs/screeners to qualify to vote.”
Basically, they changed the rules so now anyone in the Academy can vote for the Best Animated Picture nomination.
This is bad because this almost guarantees that foreign and non-big studio films will never get nominated. Before, you'd get stuff like Kubo and the Two Strings and The Red Turtle at least considered, but now the category will exclusively be dominated by the Disney films the Academy members got dragged to by their kids.
That means nothing changed.
>>91354787
No, this affects the nominating process, not the winners of the award.
This year, My Life as a Zucchini: and The Red Turtle got nominated for the award. They weren't going to win against Zootopia, but now with the rule change, they'll never even get an opportunity to be nominated.

Who fucking gives a shit?
Alright let's put aside all the pedo-meme threads
What did you actually think of this movie?
Did you like the way Terra was done?Who was that guy after the credits?
>>91354367
>Who was that guy after the credits?
That was Jericho, you fucking casual.
>>91354367
I need to know too was the film good or decent. Did they try to hamfist any more shipping between Raven and Damien?
Honestly, I was annoyed at how Gar tried to paint her as a hero at the end. She only attacked Slade cause he betrayed her not cause she gave a shit about the titans. Hell she brought the place down to kill him and if it killed everyone else she wouldn't have cared.
>character isn't from earth
>they speak english for no explained reason
What have i not seen a new /SUG/ in a wile?

I mean if you can figure out interplanetary travel a language based of a 26 letter alphabet shouldn't be that hard to decrypt.

Alan Moore and Jacen Burrow's Lovecraft Saga
Prologue:
Chicago, 1983
This short bit isn't officially part of the timeline, but it does set the mood and themes off right.
Plus it contradicts nothing, and why not be as complete as possible?
Hello /co/
Today I began reading Saga.
I just don't know what to do with all these FEELS!
That's nice OP but on /co/ people either pretend to hate Saga because it's popular or they hate it because It said that women suffer more during war than men.
Glad it gave you feels though. Just don't expect a positive reaction to that here.
I hope you like IV because imo he becomes the only good character about halfway through.
>>91354268
I kind of like The Will.
Despite the narration describing him at every chance it had as a monster. So far, for a supposedly amoral bounty hunters, he's quite a likeable character.
When you were a little kid, you made up a superhero. Now that you've grown, you not only still remember him, but you often imagine - what if he had his own comic book? His own TV show? What kind of adventures he would have?
You've thought of several story arcs, villains, side characters, one-liners...
So, anon, now that that cat is out of the bag, why don't you tell us about this hero of yours and his adventures?
Stan, John is dead you wont be able to save Marvel
Sure, why not. My OC donut steel lives in a universe that's basically a mix of Legend of Korra and Bartimaeus sequence. The world is a lot like ours in the beginning of the 20th century, except there are supernatural creatures in it, such as wizards, vampires and other shit.
Sheryl is a mundane, human detective working for a wizard-run police state. She's tall, black and wears a trenchcoat with a hat.
Her adventures are mainly dealing with supernatural threats while being underfunded and constantly under goverment's scrutiny - if she's doing well against a vampire conspiracy, she would also do well against the wizard goverment.
She's assisted by her wizard love interest, a buddy cop and a con artist. The story ends with her begrudgingly leading a revolution against the wizard regime.
Roast me.
My superheros were Kirbys, they were part of a Kirby race and each one had special traits. Police Kirby and Knight Kirby were the stars of the comic

Wait until she bulks up again and the /ss/ begins in earnest.
What can /co/ tell me about Spider-Gwen?
Is it good or just generic sjw trash
She has a cool costume. That's pretty much it.
I wouldn't call it generic SJW trash, but I wouldn't call it good either.
It's bad but not because of SJW stuff.
>>91353639
I don't know about "sjw" but its generic trash sure.
Looks like Sho is released a new series in the same universe as Pandemonium and Jackalope. Still not english version yet. Will dump it here since /a/ is formed by turbo faggots.
