He was right and this triggers /co/.

Wrong board, man. /tv/ is that way -->
if you want to trigger them
What was he right about? I haven't watching anything he made since that movie about small horses and that horror thing with furries.

retard
I have watched the movie online back in October/November. It felt visually good, but the story was decent. It's not a masterpiece.
What went right?
What went wrong?
>No porn

This! It's just the sisters and a monkey.
>what went right
The son of the founder of Nike being an animation fan and worth billions so Laika has some financial security
How do you write good humor specifically for kids?
How do shows like spongebob and oddparents do it?
i find it quite hard to make someone laugh without swearing
>>91553107
>>91553124
Think of what your audience doesn't expect.
Example, for a surreal show like SpongeBob, although yes it's surreal, you don't know what you're gonna get with every joke. You don't know the hot sauce is gonna have an evil face, you don't know the character's reflection is gonna bail on him when worst comes to worst, you don't know when the charatcer's thumbs break, there'll be cuts to live-action disasters and the thumbs are gonna yell like crashing air force pilots.
>>91553107
just write a joke like you would for an adult, don't use anything political or overtly Sexual
>You can still throw in innuendos, just nothing that would go over there head
And of course since we are talking about animation, Good Visual cues are 90 percent of both the delivery and punchline.
Remember when batman actually killed the joker?
>>91552046
No, I don't read bad stories.
What's DC's deal with necks?
>>91552046

Snake and Batman both switch places with one another for a day, having to fight the other's villains and such. How do they each fare?
Wouldn't be very interesting because MGS bosses are pretty much Batman villains already.
In fact Batman's villains usually at least have plans and schemes for him to stop, MGS bosses it's just direct confrontation, so he'd beat them pretty easily.
Meanwhile Snake just crawls past all the villains' minions and shoots the bad guys with 900 tranq darts till they go down.
>>91551801
Batman would probably have a bit of trouble taking care of Vamp. Maybe even Solidus.
Actually wait, fuck, Solidus is literally just Deathstroke.
Snake would probably kill a couple of Batman's villains. Batman would be too smart to let Snake's villains finish their plans. He'd also be able to bypass security easier with his gadgets
Why don't they give Michelangelo tonfas?
Mikey is more athletic than Don, Calmer than Raph, and probably Leo Tier when fighting enemies out of their weight class/tier
Giving Michelangelo a more direct/impactful weapon could prob make him more useful.
>>91551466
He does use them in the next Mutation
>>91551466
They often censored his weapons in Europe. They also in some places weren't allowed to call them ninjas, so they were the Hero Turtles instead.

UK only and maybe Germany.
Aku has hired Jack to hunt down and kill Jack.
However, they both respect each other as martial artists, even though they both know this has to be a fight to the death, and choose to use only their swords.
Who would prove that they are the superior swordsman and make it out alive? Jack or Jack
>>91551289
Jack's sword can only cut through evil. Unless Raiden enters Jack the Ripper mode this'll be one sided.
Even then most of Jack's feats are pretty human. He's survived some shit, but nothing as ridiculous as Raiden, and his feats of strength are nearly as absurd either. Raiden operates on a level that no other robot in Jack's world does, I just really can't see him standing a chance.
>>91551387
>Unless Raiden enters Jack the Ripper mode this'll be one sided.
You don't just unkill thousands of children
Just because Raiden is the protag of his games it doesn't mean he's a good guy
>>91551420
He's not evil though, despite his past he still tries to fight for the side of good. None of that really matters though when he can move inhumanly fast and cut through solid steel mechs. Jack really doesn't stand a chance.
Is American Dad the only popular cartoon where both parents are hot instead of just the mom?
Get off the computer Hayley.

>Stan
>Hot
>Not just fat
You mean Roger?
How about a confession thread? We hadn't had one of those in a while.
I will start. I actually like Doctor Doom's new look. Shame it is written by Bendis though.
I like Ramos's art
I would rather the mask look like his older one.
BvS and MoS are two of my favorite movies and I can't wait to watch WW/JL even though I hated SS
I loved all the MCU Netflix shows and can't wait for Defenders and Frank.
I don't like Pixar in the slightest. I think Toy Story 1 is okay, and despise everything else.
I write shipping fanfiction.
A huge reason I get into shows now is for shipping
You mean it's an episode about a time travel paradox, or it's an episode that causes a time travel paradox if you think about it?

The first one.

>Try to exist Peacefully with Humans that hate and fear you

>Ignore Him
>Humans Kill almost all Mutants
>You kill the few left that can save the world
>WELP!
MAGNETO WAS RIGHT ALONG FAGGOTS!
>>91550464
Actually, what the humans did was prevent new mutant births (Accidentally, through something that can stop its effectiveness at any moment). The fate of existing mutants is not mentioned. X-Men can still be fucking around somewhere. Probably disillusioned and old, but still.
>>91550770
Magneto was still right, tho. Fuck the flascans. Fuck them in the ass.
Just saying.
>>91550770
I thought it was heavily implied that Charles killed all the X-men besides Wolverine in a sudden seizure.
Really makes you scratch your noggin.

casuals have the best memes.
they think batman and deadpool could beat anyone
Alright, I admit it.
This show actually isn't that bad, in fact it's probably the best out of CN's reboots attempts
>>91550420
On a scale of 1 toBen10, how good is the relationship between the cousins? Like bickering siblings or slightly better off as love interests?
>>91550420
Why are their faces sunburnt?
>>91550478
Bickering siblings, I'd say why this works better than most is they keep the relationship close to the original.
