Best current Rebirth series? I've heard New Super-Man is no longer as good as it was.
Reading through Detective Comics now with Hal Jordan and friends coming this week in the mail

Deathstroke
>>95081573
Red Hood has been a really great series that keep getting better. The annual was the only meh issue which doesn't affect the series in anyway.
>>95081580
I haven't read Deathstroke yet, would you say better or worse than Green Lanterns?
>>95081601
Yeah I loved the first trade, which is all I get living in the middle of a desert in Australia. Can't wait until the second one is out.
May or may not contain feels.

it's not normal to cry during the intro is it?
Is this show cancelled?
>>95081480
Yes, but they haven't finished airing the second season, so we still have some more new episodes
If she actually gets a movie/tv series in the future, how many of you would watch it for the actual story and all that and not just for the TF scenes/lewdness value?
>its just a lawyer show where she arrives green sometimes or has to leave because of Banner problems and those eps shift from courtroom drama to full on SMASH. While the rest of them time it's about unregistered powers, meta crime, The Man trying to disbar her, and chick stuff.
>1st season is her first transformation
>2nd is Civil War after a time skip
>3rd ends on World War Hulk and last 'til mid 4th.
>the 2 eps after mid season 4 are of Hulk's wife from Planet Hulk taking over but it's just a dream
>and 4th season caps off with her just doing another case showing how everything goes back to place in comics
>>95081435
Her lawyer villians are Beetle and Matt Murdock.
I'd intend to watch it for the story but there's a good change that would get ballsed up so I'd linger on just for the t&a.
>tfw going down the degenerate rabbit hole so much you start seeing 14 year olds in little girl's shows as waifu material.
I blame the studio, stop making these kids so god damn sexy.
>>95080787
>I blame the studio
you do that
>>95080865
im not a pedo, i swear. they were just drawing/dressing that 12 year old really slutty...
Fucking pedo
If you suddenly found yourself in the same situation as Gwenpool, what kind of damage can you do to the Marvel Universe?
>>95080515
I'll tell Strange about the DC universe, and it'll make a crossover between Marvel and DC.
>>95080515
Id probably just fuck people over on a large scale for funsies. and make myself look nicer, so I could attract gwen. my one true waifu.
mybe go all "funny valentine" nd bring in alternate dimension/series versions of myself instead. limitless possibilities
>>95080615
Please kill yourself, it's very obvious that you're both 14 years old and have shit taste
Coco will be a hit and this will bomb.
>>95078428
It's not fair!
>>95078428
To be honest the premise of The Book of Life 2 sounds bland as Hell. I enjoyed the original quite much, even if it really wasn't that good, and I didn't expect a sequel at all. At this point I'm sure that both the studio and producers know this is going to flop hard.
And of course Coco will be a huge hit, it's a Disney product.
>>95078428
As long as these 2 show up enough in the show I think we will be fine.
Characters that got a raw deal
>>95078205
What does iit stand for?

Pacificafags are never going to let it go.
Is it because he manages to blend so many genres together? Is it because he's both hammy and terrifying? What is it /co/?
Bunch of REEEEEEEchards loves in this place...
Bump
>>95077927
Doom has never been terrifying. He's a hammy super-dictator who can back up a giant ego with an apparently infinite well of super science.
Basically, he's a nerd power fantasy.I find him equally endearing and disturbing for that reason.
You are left alone in a room for one hour with either your favorite or most hated /co/ related person, and can do whatever you want and say whatever you want to them in that hour
>drilling holes into christina millers body, shitting in said holes, and uses said shit in the holes in her body as an allegory as to what TTG reruns are doing to the network
>>95077829
I'd drill holes into ehr bod if y'know what I mean.
>>95077829

Boy, you sure seem like a well balanced person.
>>95077896
CN was the only channel i could watch all day and used to be my favorite channel. Now its been ruined by faggots who only focus on the retarded toddler market that still thinks fart jokes are funny, and because that idiotic bitch thinks streaming is the future(fun fact: people will always still be watching cable in some capacity), and yet the app has hardly any episodes of the respected series, and in paticular steven universe only has 18 out of its 132 episodes, which is even worse for a plot heavy show.
Anyone know why this was banned in the UK after airing once?
brits know that Bismuth did nothing wrong and don't want to show her getting unjustly shit on and locked away forever
>>95077309
It inspires kids to try to shove drills into their friends.
While also advocating manufacturing weapons

anyone read any comics?
Any recommended?
>>95075921
The fans generally agree that the O'Neil/Kaluta comics are the best and that, out of all the current writers for The Shadow, Matt Wagner is the best.
We have storytimes of The Shadow constantly so you might want to stick around for those.
>>95075921
Have you bought your weekly supply of Blue Coal anon?
>>95075921
The best Shadow series, in my opinion, is The Shadow Strikes (1989) by Gerard Jones but I also recommend Matt Wagner's The Shadow: Year One if you're just just starting out with him.
Can someone explain to me what the fuck is up with this guy and Vietnam war stories and anal rape?
He wants to get raped take a hint anon
>>95075679
He just thinks that male rape and things going up men's butts in general is hilarious. I currently cannot think of even one instance where he played it straight and for drama.
>>95075679
He loves war, and loves writing about it.
Almost as much as he love making shallow superhero parodies that basically just boil down to "Superheroes suck because I say they do."
THIS WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN.
WE'VE CROSSED THE THRESHOLD
THERE'S NO GOING BACK NOW
So are they dead now?
Good, fucking finally

SELLOUT
Not surprising since Nick is trying way hard to be cool with the kids.
Deep Throat here.
Marvel's super duper panicing right now. They paid off Rich Johnston to debunk Whisperer's original posting, since Marvel is wanting to smother out all potential bad press leading up to the launch of Legacy. Payments have been made, bribes have been mailed out, and hit pieces against DC for a laundry list of imaginary sins against Social Justice will soon be coming out to help sell the rigged narrative that Marvel Legacy is the savior of the industry. Sales for Generation have been god-awful and the retailer revolt has many fearing for what sales will be for the launch of Legacy. Let alone how bad the drop off will be between #1 and #2 for a lot of the books.
And for more details for those who want to know what the original Secret Empire plan was.
To make a comparison, Secret Empire was going to be Marvel's version of Legends, in terms of the crossover that was going to be the belated beginning of a brand new era for Marvel.
Crisis on Infinite Earths ended in 1986 but DC really was scrambling after it ended to figure out what they were going to do with their core books. The reboot of Wonder Woman was delayed once George Perez became available, Flash canceled and put on hiatus/Wally warehoused in New Teen Titans due to the fact that Wally being made Flash was a last minute idea due to DC having no clue who was going to replace Barry, the Detroit JLA was given one last chance with Batman headlining the team, and while Superman was rebooted, Batman continued like normal and would not officially "reboot" until Batman #408.
With Legends, DC formalized their Post-Crisis status quo. Wonder Woman finally came out, Batman had Year One published at the same time as Legends, Justice League of America gave way to Justice League International, the new Suicide Squad debuted, and the Wally West Flash comic came out.
So what's the plan with marvel right now, what are they doing for their books? Also, how credible are you mean to be?
Secret Empire was going to be this for Marvel. The official ending of an era of the Marvel Universe as we knew it and the dawning of the SJW era, with all of the SJW heroes as THE main heroes and the existig iconic versions all dead or retired or disgraced.
The original plan for eliminating the heroes:
*Miles kills Steve Rogers
*Vision killed by Thor when Thor finally has enough being Steve's bitch (originally, Vision wasn't brainwashed and with Cap because he legit hates humanity after what happened in the Vision series)
*Thor going to jail for his part in Steve's reign of terror
*Bruce Banner was never supposed to come back
*Clint Barton going into hiding and basically being declared off-limits to basically everyone
*Tony Stark, back before Bendis rewrote Civil War II to put Tony in a coma, retiring with Black Widow (was supposed to have a scene where she is a passive-aggressive bitch to Peter for refusing to retire and let Miles be the one true Spider-Man) on a giant floating airship that will be touring the world
*Jan and Wonder Man killed when Cap destroys Vegas (carried out by Cap and not surrogates, with the destruction caused by him nuking Vegas)
*Wanda, like Thor, being a willing ally to Cap but ultimately being killed mid-way through as one of several moments to hammer home Cap was beyond red and to set up Thor ultimately turning on Cap
The end result would be Carol Danvers as the new top hero of the Marvel Universe and the launch of a new Avengers book with the new A-Listers: Carol (Captain Marvel), Falcon (Captain America), Riri (new Iron Man), Viv (New Vision), Nadia (New Wasp), Cho (New Hulk), Miles (New Black Widow), Kate Bishop (New Hawkeye), Jane Foster (Thor), with Ms Marvel and America Chavez as reserve members.
Champions would be canceled and the company would then promptly resort back to the "ghettoing" of the line into various imprints (Spider-Books, X-Books, Defenders, Guardians, Inhumans) with the SJW Avengers as the crown jewel of the company.
Direction-wise, one of the aims was to recreate the arc of the late 00s. Civil War II/Civil War I > Secret Empire/Secret Invasion and Dark Reign > Legacy/Heroic Age.
Following the defeat and death of Steve Rogers, the US government would reinstitute the Super-Hero Registration Act which the Avengers woud support. This would lead to mass retirement in the hero world (Marvel's way of freeing up alter egos of existing heroes for new SJW versions) and the new Avengers being the only federally approved hero team out there. X-Men, Spider-Man, Guardians, etc would go back to being fugitives or at the very least, not trusted by the public or US government and the Avengers themselves, would become a true "global" super-hero team and start actively having adventures outside the US. There was talk about even ripping off the JLA and giving the Avengers a space station headquarters.
