I will post the first daily strip gags about Mickey Mouse published at the beginning of the 30's.

They're all Asians.

I think he means Hulk has no red in his costume and is the only one not striking a fight pose but instead showing off his muscles.

Shang-Chi doesn't have superpowers
Tell me, do you bleed?
no

T'Challa has never slept with a white woman in canon.
He didn't bang Sue?
He is a proud african king. Makes sense.
>>93123804
Cool.
>>93123993
That's a retarded meme, Sue has never cheated on Reed. Reed has the biggest cock.
So why is it that Time Warner can somehow still sell Scooby-Doo and Tom and Jerry to the masses but can't handle most of their other cartoon properties properly?
Scooby Doo and Tom and Jerry have very simple formulas to follow. The same can't be said for Looney Tunes or even The Flintstones (they had an episode about miscarriages for instance).
Plus people just flat out don't want new Looney Tunes. Every revival failed except the 90s version with Space Jam.
>>93123644
You mean Duck Dodgers, right?
>>93123644
That doesn't really excuse how they won't run the original shorts on TV or put them on Netflix or something
Also, did any of the revivals do the originals justice? I liked what I saw of TLTS's Merrie Melodies segments at least
I was looking into the Re:edit Iron Man line and they all look really good. I recognize all of them except for this one.
It's called the Modular Iron Man with Plasma Cannons and Vibroblades. It looks really cool but I don't know where the suit came from or what it's based off of. I know it's mostly a repainted War Machine figure from the same line except with new weapons and helmet.
So I was just wondering if this was based off of a paticular suit Tony used or just a blatant cash grab to repurpose the War Machine figure.

I'm sure somebody just kitbash a bunch of Gundam parts together.

you need to go back.
So in light of recent events, was the show even that good?
Had its moments but was overall one of the best examples of "wasted opportunity" ever produced. A lack of consensus within the show's own production team about where to take the tone and refusal to commit wholeheartedly to either action or comedy hurt it, as well as an extremely underwhelming series finale. I might sound like I'm knocking the show but I honestly do I like it, it just feels like it could have been a whole lot more.
>>93123106
A show to kill for.
>>93123106
Oh yeah, it's one of the hallmarks that a piece of work is good: When you have nutjobs that worship it enough to inflict harm on themselves and/or others for it.
Elric thread.
Let us give this age cause to hate this storytime.

Who's the best classic Bat-villain, and why is it the Riddler?
>>93122600
Define "classic".
Hugo Strange

I disagree
I'm getting really annoyed listening to friends TALK about good starting points to read comics. They love the characters, the movies, the cartoons, the games, but they just can't pull the trigger on the original source material. I theorize that Marvel & DC's endless "Universe" formula just doesn't mesh well with completionist mindsets. Any advice for these pussies?I have a friend has been trying to get into comics since before CIVIL WAR (2006) and still to this day, hasn't taken the dive. DRIVES ME INSANE.

>I have a friend has been trying to get into comics since before CIVIL WAR (2006) and still to this day, hasn't taken the dive
Do you mean he hasn't read anything yet? That's a failing on the part of your friend, not on the part of comics companies.
>>93122659
Seconding this.
If your friend doesn't want to make the effort by now, he's just saying he's interested in order not to disappoint you.
>>93122579
It's not hard at all though, especially with stuff like Rebirth and New 52 providing starting points on the DC side of things
Besides Loki, what's the least bland MCU villain?

Well, fuck. I guess after the Bubsy revival anything's fair game
Holy shit, for reals? I hope this game is fucking amazing, I loved that comic

What was Ludo's plan? What is Glossaryck's endgame? How did Toffee know he was gonna become a wand?
>>93121937
Ludos plan is to learn how to use the wand. he doesnt know what he really wants
Glossaryck is playing 124D link format Yugi-Chess with Pendulums only
Toffee has been around long enough to know how the wand will work
Give Toffee His Sex Bod Back 2017
>>93121937
Ludo has no plan, beyond not dying and learning magic.
Glossy is playing 74D underwater Jenga.
Toffee's just old and well read.
I'm currently reading X-Men from the beginning and loving it. I'm at Uncanny X-Men 131 right now (1980, Emma Frost just showed up).
When do I stop reading? When do the comics get bad?
Around the time that you stop enjoying them
>>93121783
After AOA.
>>93121783
I am a huge fan of Emma Frost, and even I have to admit, Claremont wrote one hell of a great evil White Queen.
I stop reading the Phoenix Saga when the Hellfire section was resolved. I've read the entire Saga all the way through, but on every subsequent reading I stop after the Hellfire Club is defeated.
