Tv broadcasting standards.
Many things can affect the rating.
The year it came out because of what the current FCC rules are. Case in point after 05 most cartoons on basic tv could not show butts even adult shows like the Simpsons.

Time slot and channel its bordcasted are the biggest factors.

Also all the cartoons you listed have 10 years inbetween them.

Batman. Spider-Man is close, but I feel because of Gotham and its history, the Bat-Rogues get an extra mark. The Jonah Hex ties, the Court, Arkham, all of those shape the Bat-Verse beyond Marvel's NY Hub.

Captain America's. Seriously, he has some really good ones, and a lot of them with potential.

Iron Man. Yeah, I'm serious. Almost all of his villains have a great basis, but they're not popular enough to be used, so they remain in limbo. You've got people representing different ideologies and dogmas, plain old villains, some loveable rogues. With some tinkering, the IM foes could become as classic as the Spider-Man ones.

To be perfectly honest, I'd put up Superman's rogues before Flash's. Maybe Green Lantern's as well.

I like when the lines are further blurred by showing both sides in a conflict with plausible motivations down to the personal level.
Not necessarily "This is your brain on Fascism" like in Starship Troopers, but having people on both sides that believe in their cause, not cackling villains.

If i remember correctly the highest grossing spider-man movie was spider-man 3 with 890 million dollars in total. So it may be possible for it to earn a billion dollars at most but my guess that it'll probably earn any where from 700 million to 800 million dollars
