What are some things that still make you cry /co/?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DGM6KWWS0EIt's based on western source material fuck you.

go back to /a/ weebastard
The count of monte cristo the anime was too but it's still an anime. Good movie though.
"I hate you."
"Hate away, sister, hate away."
Is subscribing to this channel a waste of money?
probably not but maybe people like wonder
>>93714575
It unquestionably has the best lineup among the networks for the past few years, but
>Paying for entertainment that's available to you for free online
>>93714575
just download what you want to watch
unless you live in the US where ratings actually matter
Did the Spawn comics & cartoon age well? I ended up watching the movie recently and, while that was a pile of hot garbage, it made me think about getting back into the comics. Is it worth while, or are the comics just the type of thing that seem cool when you're a 12 year old edge lord?
Fucking netflix making Spawn come back into the consciousness
Haven't read much in a while either. I thought issues 1-100 were pretty good, also a decent stopping point since he manages to kill his boss
>>93714646
I'd actually trust them to do it right. And since Spawn is already a black character they don't need to change anyone's race to fit their token quota. Everybody wins! Except Todd, who hates other people playing with his toys even if his shit would fade entirely into obscurity without a producer
That was a letdown.
If you are a pleb, yes, I'm glad it was grounded and relatable rather than entirely about aliens try to blow up the city in a huge CGI clusterfuck like every other superhero movie.
>>93714272
OP is faggot.,
>>93714312
>you're a pleb if you don't like this movie that appeals to the lowest common denominator
what did he mean by this
This is known as Legion of Super-Heroes Volume 3, with Paul Levitz, Keith Giffen, etc.
Is this collected anywhere in an omnibus or anything?
Only the first 13 issues are collected, in trades called An Eye for an Eye and The More Things Change.
>>93714262
That sucks. :(
>>93714189
DC has long needed to step up their omni game.
>Marvel will never have another 1960s
>just shitting out new idea after new idea, hero after hero
>became a voice of progressive counter-culture
Instead, we're going to recycle the same characters for 50 years.
The only thing close to a long-term new character they have is Ms. Marvel. That's like one this whole decade. And she's still technically a legacy character.
Well three out of five ain't bad.
>>93714143
Was reading Ms. Marvel on break today, she is a fun character. Not really interested in the other jobbers though.
>>93714143
It's because Stan Lee (ha), Jack Kirby, and Steve Ditko had very few people to answer to.
Becomes a lot easier to shit out new characters when you don't have suits to answer to and focus groups to please. They were just told to make the books sell.
I guess indie comics could pick up where 60s Marvel left off, but they usually only have a small sum of titles going at a time per publisher.
They called them the Gold/Silver Age for a reason. They're never coming back.
ITT: /co/ moments that were incredibly uncomfortable.
This weirdly fetishy scene from Dexter's Lab: Ego Trip came right out of nowhere, really doesn't fit with the source material.

Does anyone have the Merchant edit of OP's pic?
Post a picture of any comic or cartoon related character. If your post ends in an even number, that character is on blue team. If it ends in odd, they're on red team.
Once this post gets 100 replies, we'll review the two teams and argue about which one is better until we get bored and the thread archives. Carl here will start us off.
Come on, it's Saturday night and you're on /co/. Like you've got something better to do.

Mysterio appears!
Let's see which team wins automatically

>>93713735
John I'd say but they've all been pretty damn good lately
Though Kyle has no business being back one
Why are the women in South Park so attractive?
DFC
because that chick can take 4 dicks at once without using her mouth
>>93713617
Is that a line in the episode? That's hot
I just finished the Moore run of Miracleman and I want to talk about it.
what did you think OP? Moore is pretty good
>>93713201
I really enjoyed the ending with the paradise they created. That is definitely a unique take on the idea of superheroes as gods. Did you read the gaiman run?
Why was my post deleted?
(Actual quote from show)
Mira: XR! Wake up!
XR: Huh? Wha? I swear your honor, I didn't know she was under warranty!
Brilliant
Mira is a hot drug user.
>>93713008
Eh, her voice and face kinda ruin it
Which is weird since blue girls is basically my #1 fetish and she's actually somewhat close to twili Midna in design who I love
This movie was fucking embarrassing.
And no the suit wasn't good. Those fucking eyes and basketball head were laughable.
>>93712723
I enjoyed it. Hell I enjoyed all the Spiderman movies so far. I'll probably enjoy Homecoming too when I see it tomorrow.
>>93712723
I will never not be mad about Rhino
>>93712723
try again
Was this a fair matchup?
>>93712500
Probably not.
Maybe Rhino would be a better one?
Considering before the episode aired, tons of Batman/Bane fanboys were swearing up and down Bane was way stronger than Venom and that Venom had no chance
I would say (no)but yes if public perception of these characters is anything to go by, most people on this board don't know jack about Venom other than hes a "big guy", which Bane is also known for
>>93712922
That's basically it. Most don't really remember the full extent of Venom's powers. I'll admit I didn't either. I mean, when was the last time Venom turned invisible?
