it's pork. I soaked it in brine with red pepper flakes and come garlic for 30 minutes and then seasoned it with paprika, dry mustard, black pepper, more red pepper, msg, and a little allspice.

Is it possible to make a dish, where I cook some rice WITH the liquid/sauce (canned tomatoes n veggies etc)?

anyway here it is. right in the pot with my rice because fuck plating. pork tastes ok but I probably should have seasoned the green pepper with something. I saved half of it to eat later. I think I'll heat it up with some barbecue sauce.
