So I need to hit about 300g in protein everyday. What easily available foods would help me reach this goal or come close. I would also take a meal plan if anyone got one because I am legit stumped on this.

Not OP, but I need to hit about 140g of protein every day. Will I be okay just eating several meals a day, one of which will be primarily meat, and several nut-based snacks throughout the day?

This, I weigh 200 and deadlift over 4pl8 with clean form(lmao babby lifts) at no more than 15% bf and I never go over 200g of protons. That being said, I never go under 100. Take a blender, 3 scoops of ON gold standard is over 70g protein, then add a few tbsp of peanut butter and you'll be over 100g from the shake alone.
