so for some reason I bought a couple pounds of chicken gizzards, does any of you cookbros know any good practical recipes on how to cook these bad boys? hopefully I enjoy them since their cheaper than balldick.
Skewer them, grill them, and make a few different dipping sauces.
Otherwise just poach them, grind them up, and make a pate.
It seems strange to buy a bunch a gizzards, as opposed to one specific bit.
