I like them, my mum used to make them nicely, they weren't soggy. I find ones from restaurants to usually be the soggy ones. Make them yourself, it's not that complicated.

can i get some help when it comes to making sweet potatoes? no matter what i do they come out soggy. i cut them really really thin last time and a few burnt, the outsides of the rest looked crispy but it was soggy through and through. im baking them at 450 f. i'm really confused as to what i'm doing wrong. i can't fry them so i just drizzle some oil and salt and combine it thoroughly. thanks guys.
