i would let it in marinate and then bake it since it's already been cooked, would also wrap it around in tinfoil before baking but only till half-way of baking so then I would get some crisp on the meat after I took it off. Marinate sounds silly but I can't really think of any other way of making a seasoning stick to it now.

At this point some kind of stew or chili would be your best bet. Looks pretty bad though. >>7367085 would work well too.

I don't see how that is overcooked. It just gets better the longer you keep it in the oven.

That needs to be diced up and put into a tortilla. You can drain all the grease after chopping and hide whatever flavor you don't enjoy with the chili of your choice
