Got a bunch of chicken drumsticks cu/ck/s, not sure what do with them, was thinking some kind of casserole, pls help me.

A drumstick casserole sounds like a great idea.

Just be sure to add a good amount of pepper and cheddar before pouring on the cream of mushroom soup.

That sounds awful.

Fried chicken m8 or chicken curry, pollo guisado ( braised chicken). Or a basic chicken potato veg roast.
>>
When I have lots of drumsticks, I make coq au vin. It's easier to eat than when you make coq au vin with chicken quarters, since all the bones are the large conspicuous kind.

I also really like roasted drumsticks glazed with BBQ sauce, especially served cold the next day.

Pollo guisado sounds good, thanks for the suggestion

I make a rub with a lot of sugar, garlic, onion, black pepper, cayenne, paprika powders. Bake then coat with a honey and bbq sauce mixture with 10 min left. All the spices are dirt cheap at the dollar tree so I can really load up on them and make it flavorful.

Leftover is good with ramen noodles or steamed potatoes with olive oil, salt & pepper.

I think you meant to say:

"The spices at dollar tree are dirt cheap because they are shit quality"

Try getting some really good paprika and compare it to the red dust you get at dollar tree and prepare to be blown away.

Its actually rather decent for powdered. If I want better spices then no shit buy fresh but right now I'm talking cheap. At any rate, it suits my chicken at .38 /lb

Hey, co/ck/ su/ck/er, motherfu/ck/er, I love drum sticks too. I'd fry them.
>>
Usually I use a rub then coat with bbq sauce, but sometimes I bread them.

Dry the chicken, coat in flour, then coat in beat-egg, then coat in bread crumbs. When its baked just right the meat comes out nice and flaky similar to fried chicken.
