Steak sauce is more salty and acidic, brown sauce is like ketchup without tomatoes and a bit more brown sugar. I like it best with breakfast sausage

there is an order in which you build list of breakfast ingredients lad. eggs, bacon and toast are step 1 and essential. the next thing you add is sausage. then and only then do you progress to step 3 and see if you have any beans. a fried tomato can be added to your ingredients list at this point too, even if no beans are present. at step 4 you look to add mushrooms, hash browns and black pudding.

you know i'm right. on reflection i am open to the argument that eggs and toast are step 1, bacon is step 2, sausage step 3, beans and/or tomato step 4, then hash browns, mushrooms and black pudding step 5. but thou shalt never miss a step out. a breakfast of stage 1 and 5 ingredients only for example is an outrage and an abomination.

The sauce I believe you're thinking of is that HP stuff that comes in a bottle like A1, of at least HP is the most popular version of said brown sauce

I also think ham but upon closer inspection the darker bit underneath looks more like bacon. I can't fuckin tell

Also the beans with breakfast thing I to will never understand. Saw that for the first time on a cruise and for the life of me couldn't figure out why the fuck they had beans out with all this damn breakfast food.
