serious question famalamas,
what fish to choose and how to cook it such that it doesn't taste like fish at all? i want all the benefits from eating fish without the fishy taste.

There's nothing particularly interesting in what you're doing, so even if a few people like me take notice my prediction is you'll be forgotten a couple of days after you stop. My recommendation is to go back to the drawing board and put your efforts into something else.

I had a gift card for the cheesecake factory so went there with a friend...ridiculously overpriced but delicious as hell. Got a giant guacamole salad , friend got a mushroom burger. I fucked up as the salad came already dressed and couldn't save it so ate the entire thing and a half piece of cheesecake. Almost licked the bowl, was delicious as fuak
I made chicken breasts with green beans. Then I had a random half of grapefruit and drank gin & juice
Filet of anything but unfiltered catfish will do the trick. He should take care to only fry white fish or any other light skinned fish. The darker the flesh tone of the fish, the fishier it will smell after being fried
