Next you add your fresh pineapple.

It’s important that you slice them thinly, so that they get a bit caramelized in the oven; it’s sort of like crème brûlée, and is only enhanced by the other umami ingredients that have, and have yet to be added.

You let the pepperoni come to room temperature. It lets some of the fat melt; that makes it easier to seperate.

>>7355970
>>7356003
You're adding two very wet ingredients to a pizza. They're both going to leak out a lot of water, making the pizza crust wet and soggy. It won't cook properly.

>>7356084
Another wet ingredient.

>>7356138
And yet another wet ingredient.

All in all this is something a person who's making a pizza for the first time would do. Pile on as many toppings as possible since you won't be charged a ridiculous amount of money for.

Try keeping it simple next time and maybe try making your own dough and sauce. It'll definitely make you feel better than posting this shit on facebook.

I'd try it even though anchovies are the only food that I strongly dislike. I have only tried them twice and both times almost vomited, but in their defense they were very low quality. It mostly has to do with them having the texture of a fucking hairball and tasting like the puke contained within (or how I imagine these would be experienced).

Strangely I love sardines and oysters which many people despise for the same reasons (fishy taste/strange texture). I'd give anchovies another try if I had some decent ones properly cooked.

I feel like I'm missing out.

While your water is boiling, toast your mismatched bread ends, prepare your sides, pat one bread end with a solid dollop of mayo, hit the other with a quarter avocado, sliced thin, and portion your boiled water into your serving vessel, letting it sit for a minute in order to heat it up, before moving the water to your sauce pot and putting it back on the stove.

That last step is important, and will keep your soup hot three times longer than if you skip it.

Dinner was another clean-out-the-freezer night.

Two different kinds of mushroom ravioli, one from Trader Joe's with ricotta, porcini and truffle sauce, the other with a blend of mushrooms and white truffle oil. Also leftover cauliflower, breakfast sausages, and a 5 cheese phyllo spiral thing, also from TJ's.

Need to remember to avoid anything "truffle" that isn't fresh truffles or bon bons in the future.

>You're adding two very wet ingredients to a pizza. They're both going to leak out a lot of water, making the pizza crust wet and soggy. It won't cook properly.
Not OP but don't know what the shit you're talking about. I make pizza with chopped tomatoes all the time and I've never had that problem. It really helps having something juicy and slightly acidic to cut through all the fat, which the tomato sauce doesn't do, and pineapple just isn't an option.
>>
>>7360317
The two burgers and whatever's in that pot constitute a meal, so you only got two meals, and it costed you about $3.50. You can easily make a pizza from scratch for that, one which would be much more filling and would taste better. It would taste better because the sauce would be perfect, the bread would be made to the exact thickness and consistency of your taste and there would be more cheese.
>>
>>7365002
