Do you have trouble getting motivated to cook for just yourself? I enjoy cooking but usually I eat ramen or takeout garbage because I don't want to spend 20 minutes cooking if it's just for me.
yeah it's a common problem. but sometimes I do a big effort. it depends on the setup of the kitchen and wether or not I need a change or something better than conbini shit. after a while I cannot stand it any longer that someone else cooks for me.
When I cooked for just myself I tended to make things I could eat several days in a row, so I only had to cook every few days. Because it is hard to motivate yourself to do much actual cooking when it's just for yourself.
>cut open bag of frozen veggies
>dump into a pot, cover, put on high heat
>start pan frying some beef/chicken or just eat salmon/sardines out the can whilst waiting
>add salt and pepper
When I do cook, I cook enough to last me the whole week. I cooked chicken fajitas last monday, and I expect to run out in a couple of days.
so you've been eating chicken fajitas for almost a whole goddamn week straight? don't you get tired of eating the same fucking thing every goddamn nigger ass fucking night?
Just freeze some and refrigerate some for later in the week. If it's just for yourself, you only need to do it three or four times a week without ever resorting to fast food. It's easy and you'd have to be mentally retarded to not figure it out for yourself.
