>>7352974 Get a shallower pan, my man. If you can't, then try buttering between crepes. If THAT doesn't work, then you probably need a better spatula. If you aren't using one, then you should probably start if your crepes are coming out like that.
The most ideal setup is actually a griddle pan, so you can do two at once and flip them faster/more easily. But not everyone has one.
Looks like your batter might be too thick or too runny, adjust that. Also have a kitchen towel on hand so you can very lightly oil/ butter your pan when necessary. Another thing might be that your pan isn't hot enough because usually pretty much everyone fucks up the first crepe because of that.
