I have the following ingredients and have decided to make nachos on this freezing night in Utah

>black beans
>refried beans
>based Juanita's tortilla chips
>mexican blend of cheese
>a little bit of queso fresco cheese
>enchilada sauce (maybe I can work this in somehow)
>green onions
>jalapenos
>tomatoes
>mexican sour cream
The obvious put cheese on chips, then bake with other shit type recipe doesn't work for me because as soon as the cheese cools down, 5 chips will stick together.
How do I make God tier nachos?

I would use a blend of pepper jack, monterey jack, and cheddar
Or chorizo with queso fundido
Cilantro is a good touch too.
