So what real cheese is the closest thing to nacho cheese?
Also would throwing in sliced jalapenos be enough to spice up the cheese?
get some of this and melt it. it's basically an improved version of nacho cheese.
I've spent a lot of time trying to figure this out myself. I tried a bunch of different cheese dips and recipes that only resulted in disappointment. That is, until I discovered Rico's. This IS nacho cheese.
Perfect 'chos every time. Also, yes, sliced pickled 'peños are an absolute must.
Had a can on hand, so I made myself some 'chos for a snack. I highly recommend Rico's OP.
Pic related, my perfect 'chos topped with 'peños.
>be on a nachos kick years ago
>can't even come close to Taco' Bells cheese product sauce shit
>melting cheese with milk in different quantities
>after a bit it will always solidify and i have to reheat it, it's not just ready
>never tastes as good
I just ask for a container of the nacho sauce on the side when I go there and keep it in the fridge.
interesting, why dont people make pizza using some of that? a lot of extra cheese topped pizzas get overgreased to fuck. the emulsification process would fix that with the perfect amount of sodium citrate i expect.
